In Greece What kind of cheese we can use instead of quark cheese?
Any soft spreadable cheese. Or if you strain some liquid from Greek yogurt (using a cheese cloth or coffee filter), you can use that instead.
I think katiki domokou (Greek soft cheese) will be fine. I also do not think we have rhubarb but I 'll think something...lol thank you very much for your time to reply to my question
