👍🏼👍🏼I'm planning a trip there to go horse riding, 4 wheeling, snorkeling, etc. Fyi, pretend to be talking on the phone works every time.🍀
very nice!!! Love the editing
thank you! appreciated!
I’m going next month by myself. Irishman living in NYC. Speak fluent Spanish 😁 Can’t wait
I’m going to cartagena in 2 weeks. This is an awesome travel guide thanks
Have fun!
Cartagena is a surprise. I was not expecting the city to look like this
yes it's vibrant, lively and modern
Nice! Looked like a lot of fun
thanks haha
Awesome Video
Thanks for the visit 😄
Cartagena is amazing and one of my favorite places. Colombians are super nice. Crime wasn't a ln issue. Food was good. He walk past my hotel and the murals in that area are amazing.
Contrary to what some people say on the internet, I felt safe exploring Cartagena alone, even at nights. Yes you do get street vendors trying to sell you stuff all the time but none of them were threatening in anyway.
Sweet video 😏
Thanks 😋
Castle and clips around CTG
Great video! Thank you for sharing.
I've heard Isla Rosario and Isla Baru a very crowded. Did you find that to be the case? I know that's a big tourist spot.
Have you heard of Palmarito Beach, which is not as far as Rosario or Baru.
Thanks in advance for your work.
Isla Rosario was crowded when i went but regardless it's worth going! I haven't heard of palmarito beach.
Awesome video. I love visiting Rosario islands I've never caught that boat. What package did you have?
hey I did 1 day bona vida cruise package with lunch. If I've remembered correctly the tour starts at 8:30am and you visit 2 different attractions. The tour arrives back to port at 5pm
@@feieverywhere I appreciate that. I will try it out
Hey where did you book the boat tour to Rosario island and how much?
hey, please check my description. It has the link to the rosario island tour that I mentioned in this video thanks!
Are there art pieces to buy in cartagena? I plan on visiting soon
yes you can buy many art pieces made by local people in getsemani
@@feieverywhere yay thanks alot
I’m going to Cartagena in three weeks.. how do you move around ? How do you get taxis there?? I read not to take just any taxi to try to be safe.. could you please tell me what transportation u used?
download cabify and didi on your phone. Use those ride apps to get around. I wouldn't recommend taking a random taxi on the street.
at airport you can take airport taxi, it's alot more expensive than using cabify and didi but you also don't have to spend hours looking for your driver
@@feieverywhere thank you so much 😊
@@feieverywhere thank you so much and one more question where can exchange the dollars to COP ?
Omg the boat situation! It brings memories of almost missing a boat in one of my trips. I can imagine the rush!
And wow at those pesky but hustling vendors. But they make it hard to enjoy some sites no?
Ok…if boca grande is like miami, well then it’s convincing. Waking up to that is beautiful, and if it does have that windy weather to cover the heat well… 🤩
Wow getsemani is so colorful. I would love to walk through there and feel the impact that those vivid colors have on one’s spirit!
Oh and the editing -the transitons and hooks to get us listening 🪝 👌
historic walled city is my favorite place to visit in cartagena.
Watch out for scams.they are everywhere in cartagena.and people who offers you weed and cocaine they are robbers as well.i am from cartagena.
Thanks! Luckily I haven't met them
😅😅😅😅😅
hi 👋
A lot people are poor in Cartagena so they just have to sell things to survive every single day it is sad but you need to undestand them
maybe if they change their selling strategy more people are likely to buy
I like Cartagena but if you're picking a place primarily for the beach, it's not the place for you.
yes true, Cartagena has way more to that. Cartagena's fascinating history is equally as exciting
Hi, what place do you recommend for beaches? (In Colombia)
@@millainemillaine2898 There are places on both the Caribbean and Pacific coasts but they're more of a challenge to get to, and some of them are a little sketchy in my opinion, so I'd just go somewhere that isn't Colombia if you want a beach.
@@millainemillaine2898 If you want a beach in Colombia, go to Playa Cristal in Taganga near Santa Marta, enter the Tayrona park and do the walk until you find the beach, go to playa tranquila in Baru, go to San Andrés and Providencia islands, near Tolú and Coveñas there is the archipiélago de San Bernardo with Mucura island being the most famous, also in the Guajira peninsula there are good beaches and at the Pacific in Capurganá and Nuquí but I would go there with a tour because it is safer
@@millainemillaine2898 i recommend you the beaches from santamarta, just check it out.those beaches are one of the most beautiful beaches in the world.
Best thing to do is not go! They need to work on the tourism game! Can’t enjoy anything with vendors literally harassing you every 5 feet you walk. Harassing to the actual point of threatening you! I don’t understand, every Colombian I’ve had the pleasure of knowing has
Been nothing bit extremely friendly here in the USA. Honestly horrible trash people over in the tourist areas of Cartagena, fake friendly and will try to screw you out of all your money. I know my recent experience was not the true people of Colombia and I wish the country would put restrictions allowing this BS to go on over there. This is Bad for Tourism and a bad representation of Colombia in general. This is a one and done destination.
