Only in offensive terms.. He is one of the worst right back in terms of defence..
Kinda like Trent. He is good at crossing and attacking but defensive wise not so much
Put him in a 5 back formation as a rwb or lwb and hes the best in the world by far
He's world class but defensively he's a liability
In El classico he was the reason why Barca lost and that unnecessary penalty against PSG as well

@@aswinleo2785 the thing is he can almost play anywhere, left or right back to midfield and winger, he's not the best defensive wise sure and he has very specific type of play and personalty too, but he's the kind of player that fits almost any team I can remember, he played in several top tier teams from their respective countries, from Portugal to Spain and Italy, England, Germany returned to Spain. The only team he's probably really loyal is Benfica, and that's the team I support and who knows he's going to return a few years ahead as Rúben Dias, Félix or Bernardo Silva.
Wow, nice to see Cancelo in this video as a Barcelona fan. I know recently he's had some poor moments but I hope he can stay at the club regardless, as he is still such an excellent player!

I've always loved Cancelo. He might not be the best defensively but he's always super passionate and works hard for the badge. And those trivelas are honestly mental like wth?!
Cancelo is one of the best players. He started the season in a high note with Barcelona but I think what's happening in his personal life right now is what's giving him the problem in late matches but I personally wish him all the best and hope FC Barcelona will sign him next season cause the team needs him. Keeping him & his girlfriend in prayer!

Great fullback and definitely feel Barca should be more interested in keeping him past the end of his loan than they currently are. It’s also fun to see the trivela become more widely used in the game today. It used to really just be Quaresma who would attempt it, now players are realizing how effective it can be if used properly.
