Hi Paul, looks like a great experience and well done. I am planning a canal trip for charity and had not considered Leeds to Liverpool. Where did you stay overnight? Tent?
great stuff. what are the rules for kayaking on the canal?are there any restrictions? always wanted to do it but not sure about regulations. any advice?
+nelson castanho Thank you, you have got to do it, there are very few regulations. your not supposed to go through tunnel on kayak but as you seen its possible. just ask if you have any questions
You firstly need a river and canal licence 45 quid for adults for the Yr and of course a kayak or canoe. Paddles and a life aid vest at the bare minimum. Then it's time to enjoy
Bloody hell that song is amazing when you only listen to the backing track
Great charity 👍 well done
This video has given me the inspiration I needed !!

Hope you made it through Burnley OK. The outskirts have an awful reputation amongst narrowboaters for general yobbery.
Was that Burscough at the end of the Video.. where you had the map out.😉😉?
Where did you sleep?! B&B,s? If so where did you store the canoe?

Do u have to get out at every lock and then walk down to the next bit ?
Sorry I commented before watching
Or can a kayak/canoe go through a lock as scary as that would be
Nice images, shame about the annoying music.
