Am 60 and still remember mostly everything about our beautiful island,names I don't remember but places I do. Even going back to the 60s 70s 80s.
I am getting teary watching this and I am not even from Montserrat, Nothing life visiting home.

Hello, so my husband and I are thinking of going here for our honey moon. being that he is Caribbean from the DR this was one of his first choice. have you any advice on how to go about planning our trip there? thanks, hope to hear from you soon!
I definitely recommend flying to MNI for ST Patricks in march or Christmas/New Years or over the summer. To get there I recommend flying to Antigua then Flying to Montserrat through FlyMontserrat.com or any other charter service. I do not recommend the boat it is a much longer trip. I recommend finding a lovely villa on VRBO or an AirBNB. Rent a car at the airport and ask for whatever car is best for your driving expertise. They drive on the other side of the road and car --but you can ask for a car that has the wheel on the left , (but don't forget to drive on the correct ride of the road on those MNI hills LOL. I hope that my little bit of insight helped.

It’s all depends. You would fly to Antigua. Then you would find a charter flight from antigua to montserrat. I used the company FlyMontserrat.

Mohammed Khairi the country of Montserrat is an island in the British West Indies. Close to the countries of Antigua and St. Kitts and Nevis.

These countries are today largely referred to as the Commonwealth Caribbean. Non-sovereign Caribbean countries like Montserrat, Turks and Caicos, Anguilla etc are now known as British Overseas Territories.
