i live in Trinidad. I went to most Caribbean islands. Every island has its unique features, cultures, and history. Can't say which is better.

St lucia is soooo beautiful
St Lucia stands out. World's only drive in boiling volcano, twin peaks, waterfalls. Beautiful beaches. Helen of the West Indies.
My mom was born and raised in Cuba. I’m so blessed to have passed down genetics from that beautiful island. The Caribbean islands are all equally probably the best places to be on this earth.
Beautiful clear blue water, close to the equator, palm trees, Coconuts, white sand, Spanish agricultural influence, great for tourism, INCREDIBLE food and amazing people!
Some islands weren't metioned and thats ok. This is one perspective and it depends on what you're looking for. All the Caribbean islands are lovely. There's an island in the Caribbean to meet your needs. One love to all the islands and all my Caribbean people.

Larger isn't better. Antigua is one of the most beautiful islands in the Caribbean. And in my opinion, the most romantic. No wonder so many people go there to get married They are all beautiful and we should be appreciated for their specialities. Antigua and Jamaica have basically the same cuisine. Their foods are well seasoned and many of the same dishes. A lot of similarities.
Visited Antigua, it’s not more even close to the beauty in Jamaica, come see for yourself. Come to Jamaica and feel all right
I would totally Agree that each bring unique beauty to that part of the world! My husband & I got married in Antigua & Barbuda in 2018. We took A ferry to visit the near by island “Montserrat “; another gorgeous & underrated Caribbean island . Antigua’s gifted with 365 beautiful beaches; we enjoyed our 14 days on the island. I would love to back & spent at least 3 days exploring Plymouth;Montserrat such a stunning & scenic island . Lots of gorgeous homes right by the Ocean as well :)

All the Caribbean island's has their own uniqueness, it's all up to you too enjoy it, for me there's no place like my home island of st maarten
At the end of the year Il have part 2 with some other locations
I’ve been to almost all the island countries in the Caribbean and I’d pick Grand Cayman (Little Cayman and Cayman Brac are also nice), followed by the BVI, and then the American VI, specifically St. John’s.
It was nice to see the BVI mentioned, which is the land of my heritage. A close second to those islands is the U.S. Virgin Islands (St. Thomas, St. Croix and St. John), where I was born. They both offer beautiful vistas, lots to do and very neighborly folk. But all together, the islands of the Caribbean have much to offer to anyone willing to take the plunge!

Just came back from Jamaica 🇯🇲Amazing country with lots of lush landscapes and a ton of things to do from scuba diving, waterfalls to the Martha Rae river. The only problem was that tourists get harassed literally every block on the street from beggars. I went all over Negril and ocho Rios and I try to be nice but they are extremely aggressive and can at times ruin your experience.
That’s the worst thing for me when I travel abroad because you try to be polite but when it happens all the time it does ruin the experience

disagree, just come back and I think the beaches are dirty seaweed and plastic, nobody bothers to clean the beaches, the locals rip you off all the time, so I am not impressed with the Caribbean at all. shame

We went to Jamaica on our honeymoon. We didn’t like it at all. It wasn’t for us personally. We will be trying Antigua or Anguilla this time around.

You missed Dominica ,a s Lucia is beautiful ,Antigua to me is one of the best Aruba the only nice part is where the hotels are and the ocean is wonderful but the rest of the island is flat and desert like rock desert

If this list was a list in order of 1st place to 12th place then the order of the islands definitely need to be rearranged. And also it’s hard to judge overall Beauty, so categories should be made.

I was born and raised in Puerto Rico, people talk about hurricane season but as long you are careful and pay attention to the forecasts a hurricane is just a rainy day, of course necessary precautions most be taken, should you come on vacation all you should worry is the island echatment, that may trap you, and may not want to go, many tourists came and decided to stay, from the endless summer paradise Puerto Rico Jesus Torres.

The Bahamas aren’t in the Caribbean and neither are Turks & Caicos. Both are in the southwestern Atlantic Ocean.
Yeah that technicality doesn’t matter when you’re creating a list like this.
Both island chains are culturally, politically and ethnically apart of the region. It’s not like the Bahamas is out of reach like Bermuda. It’s literally a 45 min flight from Cuba or Hispaniola
Also, the south western Atlantic is where Brazil and Argentina are located. The Bahamas is technically in the North Atlantic ( but the southern part of the North Atlantic ) They should really call it Central Atlantic but it’s only divided into North and South.

You missed the Florida Keys which have many Islands along the chain and one of the largest Coral reefs in the World. You also missed the US. Virgin Islands dont sleep on the USA. we have it all.

These lists are all subjective. Jamaica is indeed beautiful but it’s definitely not the top of the list.
St Lucia has better maintain views and the Bahamas has way better water.

I don’t think anyone is saying that Jamaica should be at the top of the list but it is ridiculous for it not to be in the list. This looks like a list that was put together by a machine or someone with limited first hand knowledge of these places.
