Today night be a bad day for triathlon, but this one wasn't. My all time favorite ttl video, the heather and paula running clip at the end just pumps me up!

Just when I think I've watched your best video...you post another one that's even better. Love seeing Paula and Heather train together. I watched the video, then rewatched the last bit, eyes closed on my trainer, pretending I was riding with these amazing gals. Thanks for making great videos Eric (and Wattie!!!! I watch yours too!!). Makes my trainer rides much easier 😆.
Such an awesome video capturing the training partner stoke in full, very Overland Tri-esque. The Gopro footage off the curb reminds me of your Poway videos, just having a blast "playing" on the bike! Keep killing it!

Eric, I have a big request - sadly autumn and winter are slowly approaching and I desperately need a motivational video I can watch when I am Indoor cycling.
Talbot made an hour long video about the Kona bike course with great training/race clips.
I think with the great footage of swim / bike / run scenes you have and your wonderful music taste you would do something way better.
I would watch such a video again and again, I promise 😄

Great video as ever. Eric, congrats on last week. Those two ladies are fantastic. Paula, what a pedal stroke and ankle flex! Your heel just drops below the toe at the foremost which, in the scheme of things, I think helps you connect sooner over the top, so strong. Watch the two ladies together 4:12 - 4:49 very interesting. Both ladies very good but a slight difference. I would love one of those sweat tops. Please can we get them in UK/Spain.

This coffee machine looks like an SL7 but any recommendations for a beginner / mid level coffee machine ? I am on the market for one 🤓
we got a breville barista pro on sale in Canada last year for Paula's parents house and it's an awesome first machine that'll last as long as you want

I use a lot of cameras lol gopro, sony A7s3 A7c mostly
Eric, how are you carrying your gimbal/camera when not used for filming and you are riding?
Ah I see you have a backpack on probably also carrying your drone in too. Are you riding with a backpack on most of times when you are out training/filming at the same time?
If I'm filming like this, yeah I'll have the backpack. If I am also doing my own key workout, I just carry a gopro or don't film. The gimbal and drone is a special setup when the workout either isn't hard or I'm just filming Paula's session

Why do you have your dog run off leash in the open fields at Discovery Park when they have a dedicated dog park right there?
I’m trying to type this without sounding like a dick 😅 there are a couple reasons: Because it’s too small to really play chuckit with an athletic dog without hitting someone and they’ve had at least half of it closed for most of the last two years. We used to go in there, but annoying dogs that don’t listen to their owners would steal Flynn’s ball and he’d end up sitting there confused getting no exercise. And we’d have to help chase down said dogs to get his ball back before we could leave 🤷♂️
So we just go at off hours when there are very few people around and use the big field.
Paula is amazing on the bike. Just ride away from Heather anytime.
