Wholly Guacamole

A staple here in Southern California and San Diego being the largest producers of avocado in the US, we tend to get obsessed with our avocados. These avocados 🥑 are organic from my father in law’s garden.
Ingredients:
4 small avocados
Juice of 1 lime
2 table chopped cilantro
2 fresh cloves garlic, mashed
2 tbsp finely chopped then mashed fresh onions
Salt to taste
Finey chopped jalapeños optional.
