Thanks for the review. Have stayed there in April and have the same conclusion as yours. Not sure why they purposely made the air con so weak while the lounge is so cold at all times. And the ground floor receptionist is not attentive back then as well while the lounge crew was well trained.
Hope you like the video we shared ^_^ We went back to stay one night on 24 Dec, the lobby self check in counter cannot find our reservation and super long queue at 12pm, end up we check in at the lounge which is much faster. The ground floor staffs really need more training as they don’t even know which floor is the club lounge and sent us up to the wrong floor :p Overall it’s still our favourite hotel in Singapore ^_^
