do you think there should be indoor swimming pool?
During my stay in Fairmont hotel, waiter serving food and drink, while carrying umbrella during rainy days.

Yeah an indoor pool or maybe a partially covered pool would be a great idea. But I think the whole pool area needs a big revamp too! It is carried over from the 1980s. That will definitely help with the poolside dining. Thanks so much for the comment.
