How sensible is it to conduct a national census when there's hunger in the land? The greatest national security as I know it is dealing with a restive environment. Hungry persons would never cooperate with government programs that doesn't address their basic needs,which are: food, housing, transportion, jobs etc. It is a bad idea to conduct census at this point in time.
