Nice boulders! The second one looks more my style but a little harder to me. But it is also easy to soften up a little bit, even if that means a dynamic climber that's stronger than the grade will then be able to put some speed into their movement. Also nice to see that you ended up setting both problems in about two hours. Where I used to work we planned around that speed but it always felt slightly rushed to me. Sometimes it only takes 15 minutes to throw on an absolute banger but if the time includes taking out and unpacking holds and tools and making a plan you're kind of counting on those to keep up.
