  • Student loan debt is too high, completion rates are too low, and far too many students are worse off after paying for postsecondary education than if they had never enrolled in the first place. The good news is there is a solution. The College Cost Reduction Act, authored by Education and the Workforce Committee Chairwoman Virginia Foxx (R-NC), includes bipartisan proposals and meaningful reforms to tackle widespread concern regarding the insurmountable cost of postsecondary education. This morning, Chairwoman Foxx joined Morning in America's Markie Martin for an exclusive interview with NewsNation to break down how the College Cost Reduction Act will lower college costs for students and families.
