I don't know what this art/craft is called, but something about this reminds me of how we should live life.
Quiet, gracefully, artfully even though we don't know exactly what the future will look like; not living life abruptly, nor holding to chaos.
True living is not about knowing everything about the future. It is moreso about learning to live life the proper way, the right way regardless. That is like the art of life. Master the art, whilst knowing its nature, and it becomes more like seamless flow regardless of what it contains.

kinda silly here, but as a new viewer i wasn't expecting the patterns to be wiped clean at 2:54 lol... had a momentary "wait don't-" before realizing "hey the sounds are pretty nice - oh duh, of *course* erasing is meant to be meditative; that's really the point of "acknowledge and let go" zen-style meditation"😅

Disappointed in the patterns element of this one. Soothing as always but these patterns seem like a step back in experimentation to the point that I am left wondering if any of this is old footage from past videos.
