Being born and raised in Alaska as a 38yr old man that works on cars for a living I love it. Can’t wait to see the future for it. I plan to body swap my 57 gmc dually over to a new 6.2L gmc frame and running gear over the winter. Much love

I'm putting a manual 300ce together right now ,it's lowered with 500sl brakes and a turbo in it's future.
i love how this grates on the people who want to restore the car to 'concourse' level....
my brain says " !the car is too far gone for anything close to tbat! you'd spend 100 grand or more and still have something the concourse guys call 'A Junk Car' and it would be worth less than half of that fortune you spent. "

Hello from the PNW! I'm only 52 years of age but I've found it much easier to square up a square body frame, damaged in the front, by slicing the top and bottom of the c-channel. This leaves only the vertical portion to be moved by BFH and welded. Its amazing how far a frame rail moves over distance.

Now this is some great content! I'm in a stage in my life where I set aside the race cars and old muscle cars and exotics and I've been building overland rigs. So this is just the best! Seeing them 37s go on that vehicle is dessert 🍨

Extreme 4x4 was where i became a fan of jessie combs following her through shows like all girl garage as well truly talented she showed women have a place in the automotive industry and her passion kept me wanting more she will be in my heart forevermore rip❤.
I remember she would tackle wheels and tires I would never try to manhandle.

I love how you’re able to get all the 3rd grade drawings inside my head and make them a reality. Kinda thought the Benz was gonna be a restomod but enjoying this direction for it.
PS - it is so great how yall have Theo the best life he could ever have. Theo is kinda the “Puddin” of the critter world. Staffy dogs are the absolute best critters.
I’m picturing the chrome front bumper dropped and extended out. I like the idea of dropping the rear bumper. Can’t wait to see this thing driving! So cool!

LOVE ❤ Keep on building this Mud-Cedes! You could build a bull bar, or push bar for the front to hide the frame. Put a winch on and use the rig around the workshop.
I really rate this build cause it is so different and unique. Can't wait to see the puddins fab shop touch given to the mud-cedes.
Oh hell yeah! Just based on the thumbnail alone I can tell its gonna be a good one
My suggestion for the front is place a winch plate up there. The winch can fill in the space between the frame horns. Then some triangle tubes from bottom of frame horns up to the existing bumper.

I had a blazer datsun combo for about 20 years. It's the best of both worlds. Eventually, the body couldn't take the flex anymore 😢 a lot of memories.
