I love his Chrome Division band, they're really bringing me back to my roots of hard rock before I got into black metal & other extreme musics.

Totally forgot about this band. Someone recommended them to me about 15 years ago because I'm a huge Motörhead fan and they thought Chrome Division would be up my alley. I checked them out at the time but they fell off my radar. Good stuff here.

Better than black metal. I listened to black metal when I was in high school. Try n listen to it now and am in disbelief that I thought it was good. Best bands!!! Rhino Bucket, V8wankers, the Carburetors, Chrome Division, Sideburn, all a dude needs!!!!!!

I'm a fan of Chrome Division. This song/video really doesn't live up to the expectations. I still love "The devil walks proud". Can't understand why they didn't record a video for that song.

I sense heavy 80's influence here. All in all a fairly good song, but has the potential to be better. A bit more energetic attitude especially in the end and it'll be kickass.

Taken on it's own, this isn't half bad! But knowing who the front man is makes it really, really odd as a Dimmu fan.
That isn't a reason to crap on the band though. Being diverse and branching out as both an artist and a music fan is actually a good thing.

Though weird to see Stian/Shagrath here I think this is a nice change for him since he's 43 and those high pitched screams need some rest. That said I like the "Lordi" type 80's heavy metal since no worthy new bands are coming out. All that said I look forward to Dimmu's new album in 2015!

Shagrath has been doing this band since 2004 dude. He founded this band. I understand though. Even in Dimmu he wasn't always the singer. You do know that right? On For al Tid he was the drummer for example.

My first experience with CD. I'm sensing a heavier Motley Crue, with Nickelback vocals, and Hammett wah. Song is boring (nothing new) but honestly, I wish this kind of music would make a comeback. America is swamped in nu nu metal, or whatever it's called these days.
No Bass?
It's definitely different from their previous work. After a few listens it kind of grew on me. Not digging the slick production, sounds a bit too clean for their aesthetic. Here's to the rest of the album!

My love for Athera from Susperia brought me here to watch and listen to.
But...what the hell is the opening of this video? And who do they consider themselves? Superstars or something? Of course I know they are already experts in the musical business.
As I expected, Athera kicks my ass out, that's wonderful, but their attitude for music awfully sucks.
Might they think they'd be payed for this style much than in their individual past bands?
Just play the music, not playing star-like rolls that are fucking cheap.

the band didn't make the opening. the production company did. and believe me, I know, they are not paid to play in a rock band. it's a passion they have for rock music and the lifestyle. so it's good to have different things to do and work with besides just the metal. who are you to judge their choices? they have multiple bands and are having fun. what are you doing?
