    • @BearBearCammy
      @BearBearCammy  Před rokem +1

      Hi, you may try to add sand but I’m not sure that will make your cement stronger or not because without the sand my cement will still be strong. I noticed that some countries cement may not be that strong and I’m unsure if the cement mix with other powder. You may try to mix it with small portion first. Good luck :)

      You can try to change to more fine sandpaper like 800-1000. If you are using 500-900 grits, you can still sand it without any scratch but it require good skill. Try to sand it in very very light way in circular motion. Hope this help :)

    • @annasmykowska9180
      @annasmykowska9180 Před 6 měsíci +1

      Hey, If your tray cracks quickly, it means you are adding too much water to the concrete. Also slow down the drying process of the tray. You can do this by covering the tray with food foil a moment after it hardens slightly and leave it for a few hours, or soak the finished tray in a bowl of water overnight.

It this because my cement mix is bad or am I doing something wrong? Should sealing the vessel help?

    • @BearBearCammy

    What can I do ?

    • @BearBearCammy
      @BearBearCammy  Před 2 lety +2

      U mean after tap, the water come to surface? If a little bit of water, it is normal. This is due to excess water but you can easily sand it off later. But if too much water, you may need to reduce the water next time or soak it with paper towel.
      As for the holes, 15-20 times is not enough. I tap for 5 minutes 😅 and this can’t guaranteed 100% no holes.
