Used to listen when I was a younger man tonight I'm in Western Pennsylvania listening to it as an old man thank you so much life is so short went by so fast
Found the mystery theater by accident- on way to work at 3am- some college station- heard this weird story telling with static, by the end I was on the edge of my seat biting nails….so happy I found these videos. Thank you!
Listening from Cass County Michigan, this is one of my favorites now. Love the voice acting and sound effects. Thanks so much! Mystery Theater is apart of my every day now ❤
The thought of being aboard a ship in the middle of seemingly endless water takes me close to a panic attack. I'm a strong swimmer but a murderous captain bests that. Good story!
I did 4 years on and navy fleet oiler. It takes a good learning how to walk on the deck when the seas are rough and getting attacked on the Persian gulf.
Why does there always have to be a Rogers on board these wayward ships? A slave trader, and by the name of Rogers? Not good. Maiden name Rogers. Abandon and ghost ships, and the like.

I wished I’d known about these when they first aired. I would have listened for sure. Just found them the last year or so now that I’m 67.
Oh man, ain't that the TRUTH!
Same, started with Mystery Theatre way back in the '70s' and I still love it.

Great story, twist ending in the classic tradition.
Water water every where, not a drop to drink but a deep dark sea awaits a ship...in a deep abyss to sink!
Rime of The Ancient Mariner. Brilliant.
That's just great! Not only is Rogers a scoundrel, his name is Tom, or Thomas. Yeah.
Listening tonight in Manitowoc, Wisconsin. 67°..
