Sir agalonema propagation from cutting best temperature? lot of agalonema dead in janvery month. I bought in december.🇮🇳from india

Based on my experience the best time to do propagation is in warm/hot seasons, so avoid cutting aglaonema in wet seasons or do propagation with extra protection ( spray more fungicide and bactericide)

May I ask what ferlizers you used in every propagations and in planting process you did to your aglaonemas plants. I have seen several fertilizers you used. What are those? Can you advise me. Good day, I use NPK 13-13-13 slow release fertilizer, there are some brand here in my country like SK cote or osmocote
