This model, driven by Munari and Mannucci, dominated the epic 1972 Monte Carlo Rally unchallenged, marking the beginning of an era of competition that took Lancia to the top of the world.
Produced in just 1258 examples, it was the progenitor of a lineage of famous rally cars such as the Stratos, Delta S4 which for decades wrote the most glorious pages of rally competitions.
