Seq of event is that he went to Germany before the complaint was made and state Congress govt has not issue when he went. These videos are old about 4 or 5 yrs when cong jds was in power. Videos still need to establish link between prajwal and tapes. Investigations is still pending on the complaints and alleged role of this guy.
