What is your opinion on L1B VISA...? Is it better to come in H1B or L1B..?

L1B is hard to get now rejection rate is high. Processing time is less and don't have cap requirement unlike H1B. L1A will be better than L1B.. H1B will be better than L1B. This is my personal opinion.

We need to stop saying that full time pays less, this is only for outsourcing, banking companies. Not for FAANG companies. This is old news.

For the same job full time salary will be less than 1099. But 1099 there are no benefits. NO pto, holidays, 401k, health care, etc. It think we also need to pay additional ssn tax on 1099. So the rate is high for 1099. I think thats what they mean by contarcting more salary...

Subjective situation bro. Market is not that good. Lot of companies are postponing the joining date for new recruits. If you get a good job with immediate joining option and supportive immigration policy go for it. Else wait till next year. Job market may pick up after elections. BTW don’t wait for filing 140. Get in the queue.
