Inkscape is a GREAT open-source tool to tweak SVGs and to read-in PNGs :)

Hi, very nice job! Can you please tell me what brand of silicone you are using for this project? I've found only liquid one, but to use it properly they advice you to use a vacuum chamber, that is very expansive, I wanna use a clay-silicone that can be used without vacuum. Can you please help? Thank you in advance!

Does the talc also act as a mold release? Or does the pewter not stick to the silicone very well?

The pewter releases fine without the talc, but it tends to come out pitted / bubbled.

you should really make proper 2 part mold for it, now it looks super wonky and not at all professional... you loose all the pros of printing it before (super uneven circle, looks like chinese super cheep knock off)

True. no need to use the wood and the clamps. would have been a cleaner cast with out them.
