Teff is a high-quality human grain crop and bodybuilders, weightloss people, rich folks, ethnic groups. will buy this. it can work in a no-kill cropping system. we got so many people going broke trying to feed cattle or playing these soy corn games. It's like...... feed your local market figure out 4 crops you can feed your local market. you don't have to get give up animals but get out of the feedlot/commodities market logic. it's going to sink your farm. maybe not today but certainly tomorrow.
