Quick Spicy Tuna Hand Roll Recipe:
In a bowl add and mix -
1 small can tuna
1 tbsp minced onions
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sriracha
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp rice wine vinegar
2 tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
2 tsp soy sauce
On a toasted sheet of nori (seaweed) layer with sushi rice, add lettuce, carrot matchsticks, and tuna mixture. Roll. slice, and place in your Bento Box!

They are good. I spent a ton of money on them in Japan but they aren't common in the USA so I've been collecting recipes for a long time now.
I recommend at least trying them once.

If you leave some nori at the end without rice (about 1 inch or so), you can seal with one or two grains of rice or just wrap it and let it sit on the seam to make the seam clean and smoothly sealed!

This is an old video but I found a couple of bento boxs my mother bought for my sister when she was a big Japanese anime fan in like 7th grade. Anyway I am looking forward to making a bento sadly I can't go anywhere that great because covid and San Antonio doesn't have great places to sit watch, and eat of a nice view, but I'll still made the bento and probably take it to my room

I couldn't fine milk bread as well so I use St Pierre sliced brioche loaf or Texas toast. The bread I normally used to make French toast.

In Hawaii they make rice rolls with Spam! I like leftover BBQ beef sliced thin with green onion/chives and advocado and wasabi. Gotta try the lettuce with the canned tuna. . . needs wasabi tho. Wasabi is wonderful with mayo. Gotta try more kinds of rice rolls and balls.
