Also brought back big memories from my childhood as my Grandmother had that readers digest version and I remember reading it when I used to stay over. All those illustrations made it all rush back. Got to find myself another copy now! Thanks for sharing all of this!
Great collection. I have an original copy of the paperback...my mom bought it back in the day in the 70''s. I was a teenager at the time and loved the book and the movie. I'm hoping I can snag a special edition at some point. Most of them are so expensive, though. I'd love the Suntup version. I actually have the hardback of "Beast" coming to my mailbox today. I have a making of book as well.
Another JAWS related book that's a must-have is SHARK! UNPREDICTABLE KILLER OF THE SEA (1961) by Thomas Helm. Almost every line from Quint's Indianapolis speech is from this book.

Next year commemorates the 50th anniversary of the movie. I'm expecting a sleuth of re-issues, and new editions of classic books.
