It’s such a simple design but a good one. I might build a deck with ognis but then again I already have a million deck ideas and a small budget lol

I would love to put Urbrask the Hidden in this deck. Gives all your creatures haste and stops opponents from slowing you down.
I think the treasure coming in tapped is a fantastic way of balancing the already flooded treasure synergies in commander while still making them worth playing

What about Magda? Magda doesn't require the treasures to be untapped for her to use her tutoring ability.
Then tutor Korvold with Magda and draw cards for all the treasure sacs 😈
Ya Magda sings in this deck. You can get krark-clan iron works or goldspan dragon
You can also tutor both amulet of vigor AND hellkite charger with magda
Saw this card get spoiled and was constantly refreshing youtube for this video to drop
Goes really well with Chatterfang. Entomb, Unmarked Grave, and Buried Alive quickly get Anger in the grave. Attack with 3 things, make 3 treasures and 3 squirrel tokens. Next turn attack with all the squirrels, and so on.
Add academy manufacturer, recess fireweaver, disciple of the vault, Jolene plunder queen, xorn, marionette master, dragonspark reactor, amulet of vigor, neither of the dire hunt, wulfgar of icewind Dale and lots of things that give all creatures you control haste. And make a crap ton of tokens
Dude Streets of New Capenna is giving me so many new options for Jund commanders. I love that wedge but I feel bad whenever I play Korvold or Wingrace and the others before this didn't fit what I wanted to do. Plus this one is a good commander for my pet card, Exava the Rakdos Blood Witch

My mind wandered to Concordant Crossroads as well as Amulet of Vigor when I saw this commander.
Late comment, but Mass Hysteria is exactly the same in red and costs way less money-wise. Giving creatures haste with red in your commander's colour identity is easy as cake and it really doesn't cost much money.

I noticed that you didn’t touch on Chainer, which I feel has a good amount of synergy with this commander as you can re cast *creature spells from the graveyard and as he gives haste to cards (I forget if it’s temporary or not, but along with the extra combat spells wouldn’t be nearly as bad).

Pretty sure academy manufacturer and Xorn would replace the tapped token with a token that's not tapped
I really like tempt with vengeance. Make a bunch of hasty elementals for X and if opponents are feeling safe, you get even more. Tombstone stairwell if you have graveyard synergies.
love the idea of this commander i will be using disciple of the vault and reckless firewielder for sure maybe even add a grinding station

I would love to create a word cloud from the corpus of words used in Mitch’s videos. I feel like he says “regardless”, “anyways”, and “that being said” more than he says “magic the gathering” and “card”. But if I’m being honest, the “off the cusp” style is part of what makes his videos appealing.

I have a Gilded Drake which I ironically want to sell for a deck I've been brewing, with Goldspan Dragon being one of those guards. Gilded Drake and Goldspan Dragon are *almost* synonyms.
Tuktuk rubble fort, xorn, academy manufactor, fae offering....there's so many, and ofc the regular Doubling season and what not. Throw in a garna, and kardur. There's a lot that comes to mind..

I just built a Kalain treasure deck with hasty creatures. Now I gotta take this apart cause you know Parallel Lives is going into this deck.
iirc there's an artifact that says "Whenever you cast a noncreature spell, untap all artifacts you control". A deck with Ognis would greatly benefit from that card.
that card is currently banned in commander, and for good reason. mana rocks with certain commanders, jhoira weatherlight captain, youd just keep casting and drawing till you hit your combo pieces and win.

One option that may be a little weaker but still gets the job done, instead of amulet of vigor, just play curse of bounty. You can stack the triggers so Ognis will create the treasures on attack, then, if you attack with one of your creatures (maybe the token from goblin assault "wink" "wink") into the cursed player, the curse will untap your treasures, way more simplier than buying a 20 dollar card.

No they don't, xorn doesn't make Ognis's ability trigger again (which is what makes the treasures come tapped), he's ability is a separate trigger, that makes an additional token through it.
I like this card. Its pretty conditional and gives a pretty tame reward... Sorta?
Does Fanfaren Marauder work? I didn’t think that tokens are considered to be put into graveyard
They go to the graveyard, they just disappear once they are in.
Rhythm of the Wild, is similar to Fires of Yavimaya, except you get the option to award a +1/+1 counter if your creatures already have haste or riot. It's legit
Also Najeela can't be in an Ognis deck because white and blue aren't in Ognis' color identity
Would anger in graveyard work with this? Since it gives everything haste so you could just go nuts. Also the dragon that lets you win if you have 20 or more treasures😅
Or Revel in Riches, the enchantment for 4B that straight up wins the game if you control 10 or more treasures. That plus this card and Anger in Ziatora is insane, even if the 3 card combo is clunky af.
How would fangren marauder work when the treasures don't go to the graveyard cause thier tokens?
Tokens (including treasure tokens) go to the graveyard because they're permanents. Once they hit the graveyard they disappear, but they still go there to trigger fangren.

Haste matters, sure. I'm pretty sure there's an Urbrask that gives Haste to everyone, not to mention Rhythm of the Wilds. I think there are even some reanimators that do it.
Something I just realized is that Jeweled Lotus lets you cast all these "(guild)(color)(guild)" commanders on turn 1. ...OHSHI- GET TO TCGPLAYER!
Edit: just found a damaged J Lotus for $46. Woo!
