VIDEO RECORDING DATE: FEBRUARY 2020
In April 2017 I left Australia for a solo trip around the world on a BMW F800GS. I named it “Are We There Yet” because I don't know my final destination or the duration of this journey.
Throughout my journey, I was raising money for a young disabled child in Poland named Franek. Franek was diagnosed with cerebral palsy (weakness of the entire right side of the body) and he will require constant rehabilitation for the rest of his life. All the money raised will go directly to helping Franek and his family so he can lead a normal life as best as possible, so please donate generously: gogetfunding.com/arewethereyet/

Amazing to watch. Somewhat eclipsed by the local who has just been down the pass by foot and is now on his way back up again carrying a full load of firewood on his back!
That landscape looks primeval, like it rose out of the sea billions of years ago.
I had my heart in my throat several times watching this...congrats!
Not sure if it's her sunny outlook on life or her fearlessness which inspires me so much
Respect
This is a mammoth achievement on such a large adventure bike
Great going girl !
Love the videos
Thank you 😊
Wow, what a tough lady, respect Kinga 😀
Only places off the beaten track have such beautiful scenery
Geee Kinga, what a huge effort. Some of the things you have done on this journey has been incredible. You need to put your hand over your head & give yourself a pat on the back & scream out "We did it Chilly" ....
More strength to you. That was not for the faint hearted and you conquered it. Power to you
You may not be the best signing rider I've heard but you are surely the bravest rider I've seen. Congrats on an epic crossing!
Awesome job & I just love the way the universe looks after good people & someone always turns up just when you need a hand.
One of the most difficult roeads in Africa - you have mastered it very well.
Respect Kinga and thanks for the very nice video.
The voice of any music here is very stubit!!! The enjoy is to see the paths and listen the voice of moteur !!!
Man I miss that place .. been through there a couple times and it will never get old.
Had me leaning over in my chair trying to help you round some of those bends!
Sani Pass is everything I have pics at the Sani Lodge WOW what a memory...
Sani pass is a dream to do. You sing while riding, I whistle and my wife want's to go crazy as we are connected via intercom.
😉🤣
Rock in road !!! Very good!!!
The job is done! HATS OFF! MY RESPECT, KINGA.
Nice. Did this pass in a 4x4 in July, read Winter, with snowfall in the night. Complete chaos. Arrived at the bar on the top in 5 below, and 50 cm. of snow. Still loved it.
thumbs up and respect young lady ! if I where 20 years younger I would of thought of it !!
WOW what a ride of courage, skill and determination 🏍
Don’t get so close to the edge! Jeeesh, giving me a heart attack 😳
Wow, big respect Kinga 👍🏽💪🏽👍🏽💪🏽👍🏽💪🏽🤩
What an awesome video, one of the best I've watched in a long time. I was nervous just watching it and I'm sitting on a sofa !
i really like when you give candies to children
Great riding, the camera hides the steepness of the incline, especially on the last few corners, a very challenging ride, well executed.
Thank you 😊
Chapeau!
A picture says more than a thousand words.
Love the hiace taxi coming down the supposed 4 wheel drive track!
Hello Brian they have 4x4 taxis and they fly up and down
Those taxis all have four wheel drive. However, it's even more important to have good ground clearance and low range, which almost none of them have.
Get it up: I recommend an simple foldable air bag, placed under the bike, filled by exhaust gas to get it up in an angle, so you can do the rest! They use it to lift cars and even airliners.
So I've watched several of your videos over the past couple of years but never subscribed. This one popped up today and after watching it I realized how much your videos match up with my tastes. You combine just the right mix of riding and mingling it up with the locals. Throw in your splendid personality and I've found myself binging starting with Episode 1 in Korea! Subscribed! Just finished Mongolia!
Thank you and welcome to my channel ☺️
Great job accomplished with great tenacity,cheers.JHB-SA.
Wow, Kinga you're incredible! huge kudos to you for taking such a difficult road AND by yourself to boot. Spectacular.
Thanks Ron 😊
Excellent video of the ride and just how difficult it must have been. Glad you showed the drop, and even more happy that someone was able to help you get it upright.
Well done, glad you did it in summer, in winter all those wet bits are iced up, and can have enough snow to make it more of a nightmare
WOW, I have never seen this pass so busy with traffic, well done Kinga 😀
Wow I know how it feels ridding alone on bad road condition, you just don't want to drop. You just got to keep going even when it leads you out of your line. You just have to make do with what's ahead and just ride trough. Good on you Kinga, your attitude towards being a ridder makes your journey archivable. Otherwise you may have head for home. I wish to be able to just ride my bike to nowhere land and see what's ahead. When the way gets tough the view ahead will be rewording.
I’m impressed. So Nice to follow you.
Love and blessings from Norway 🇳🇴🇳🇴🇳🇴
Well done Kinga. That was quite a climb and an awkward track. All your off-road training in Oz paid off. Enjoy your travels. Rob
... and that's one way to exercise your nerves and test your resolve.... well done.
My old stomping grounds 😃 I used to go ride in Lesotho about once a month for about 20 years, some of the best off-road riding in the world IMHO.
I couldn't get up there in a Renault 4x4 when I visited ... So Kudos to you 👏👏👏
And many thanks and appreciation to the extremely kind gentleman (knight of the road) who assisted you to lift your heavy bike to enable you to succeed in your goal.
Also excellent video, congratulations and well done to you.
Most dengerous road how itis possible great great the beast bike
You are incredible! What an inspiration. I was nervous just watching, my hands are sore from gripping imaginary handlebars!
Thanks😆
What a bad road. It's hard work. Respect for ride. 👍👍👍
Wow, that was back breaker . Poor chillie 😎. Sani pass only for solo driving. not for the Pillion and faint heats❤️..😀😀. Great Kinga👌👍🏻🤗
Bad ass Kinga! I was holding on for dear life.
What an adventure. Absolutely amazing. I am really inspired.
I love the fact that the sign said 4x4's only, and later on, here comes a Toyota mini bus (taxi) driving down the slope.
They are busy prepping for tarring SANI, that's why its flat easy riding, it's not rain, its water trucks wetting the roads. Momentum is important and you need to pick your lines carefully, Sani is very Similar to Breedts Neck here in SA, except Breedts is shorter
Onherbike on a BMW no problems just a drop and bad road enjoy life as it comes Good luck stay safe lots of love
The epic drop down photo was perfect. "On the dirt " achievement unlocked. You remind me of Ryan F9 's quote: "a good motorcycle is a sign of a good rider, but a beat up motorcycle is the sign of a great rider", and it suits you perfectly, Kinga. Way to go, tough lady.
Sehr gut,noch viel spaß
Massive respect Kings, I love the way you surprised the driver that you had got that far
Fantastic video, you are a lengend. Stay Safe
Amazing! You are such a strong advocate for bikes and females on bikes! Love to see it.
Tought, very, very tough! amazing!
Now that is a mountain pass😅 Awesome!
Thanks Kinga ! I told you before you are tough Polish candy ! The scenery is stunning ! Uwazaj na sobie cukierku ! HPL
Recién te descubrí. .eres maravillosa. .chica. 👍
Kinga quelle montée !!!! Et avec la moto chargée Bravo et merci pour les images
That feeling when you reach the top is a wonderful relief. It feels like the road is never ending. Much respect for you! Well done!!
You are not only a tough cookie you are a BOSS Kinga. Deepest ✊ fantastic!!
Thanks 😊
Well done I drove up and down 20 years ago in a 4x4 they seem to have fixed the road a bit since then there were no stone walls or pipes under the road leading water away but to have done it on your bike is a massive achievment
Great adventure very, extremely, on dangerous mountain road, very beautiful nature and your have nice trip.! 👏🏼👍🏼💪🏼🥂🍾💐💐💐💐🤩😍
Good driving, was here in 1977, on my way from Durban to Francistown in Botswana, where I lived at the time. :)
Aż pupa i ręce bolą od samego oglądania 😬... jak zwykle suuper....
😂😂😂
Thanks Kinga for brilliant ride thru mountains.Your handle bar was turned to the incline when you took off.I've done the same thing.Being tired after such a hazardous ride doesn't help.Standing up to take the rugged track is exhausting.
Absolutely Amazing! Kudos to you. I was afraid and I was sitting down watching...
Saludos a ti desde ARGENTINA
Fantastic video, that was one tough road to ride on your own, well done and keep singing.
Jeeez, respect! And most exciting video so far!
That is some very impressive riding on some very difficult roads. You showed some serious grit! Congrats!
Thank you 😊
Very popular "Sani Pass" pose :-), been up and down it with a variety of vehicles both 2 and 4 wheels. You should see it in winter, all the corners are iced up, very slippery
Watched this video again. Well impressed with how you handle yourself when Chili went down. Total respect and hats off to you for a tough, steep ride. And awesome scenery.
Thank you 😊
Amazing..!! Don't know how you did it... I think I would have been off and over the edge..! Respect!!
That was a great video, beautiful country, enjoyed following you on Google Earth from the comfort of my kitchen table. Thanks again, well done.
Wow~~~ Road repair work, unpaved soil, the natural scenery of the remote area.
It's so fantastic. It's a great video. It's an honor to be your channel's friend. From Woongkham, a South Korean CZcamsr.
🤗🤗🤗👍👍👍🤙👌
Awesome ! liked & subbed. Thanks for the ride.
Huge respect for you doing Sani on a bike. I'm a long distance bike rider too and appreciate just how tough that ride was for you.
I did it using a 4 x 4 in 2016 and I remember every twist, turn and hairpin corner.
Your video evokes so many great memories of my trip (up) to Lusotho.
Great riding Kinga and super video. Well done you! Not kidding about the 4WD bit. That's pretty hard on your suspension and tyre's, not to mention the physical aspect of it. That looks a steep gradient in parts. EPIC
Well done Kinga, that was a tough ride. I was on the edge of my chair the whole time. Just subscribed to your channel, a REAL biker. Long my you stay safe but enjoy every moment. Remember, it's not the destination that counts, it's the enjoyment of the travel inbetween. From an oldtimer biker with 45 years in the saddle.
Godbless kinga and chili
❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️🤟🤟🤟
Huge well done to you, I was so worried about your speed uhhhh, I did that road with my wife on the new years eve to Lesoto in a Jeep Rubicon, what a memory
When she waved the flag, I felt like it was a race start. Nice ride
Good on ya Kinga,
Not sure where you are currently but keep going.
Great video, some tough sections. You can smell the clutch burning from here.
🙂
It'd be hard not to use the catch in these conditions 🤭
@@onherbike agreed. The clutch is pivotal for control, grip n balance and serves its purpose as a disposable item.
Your African adventures have been most entertaining.
Are you back in Aus or are you off to new places again??
Absolutely fantastic riding cannot fault
You 👑
Congrats!!!! one of the best videos I've ever seen. You were very brave and skilled to pass the challenges of such a difficult road!
You are just amazing. You've really jolted me in my comfort zone. Absolutely incredible.
Toooooough touuuuuugh Road, Wooooooooooow!

Tough ride but the sceneries are worth it. Getting more excited to have my adventure to do the same. Ride safe!🤙🏻
So brave! Respect! Glad your safe! Keep up the good work!
Hi,glad you experienced South Africa, hope you enjoyed your stay.Greetings from a fellow biker from South Africa 🇿🇦
Yes, but what about the decent? That's the tricky part 🤔🇿🇦. Still nice to see her do it though.
Brings back memories, hope you had a beer at the pub.😊🇬🇧
No😭😭😭😭 it was already late and I completely forgot about the pub 🙈 I'll regret it for ever!
@@onherbike Never say for ever, who knows?
@@onherbike It’s a good enough reason to go back 🤣🤣
Great Job Kinga, well done !! take care of you,i can`t wait to see your next video. greets from Peter.
Tough lady ! 👍👍👍
Toots & The maytals ... great ✌️😀
