this video has been spotted at Tuguegarao Airport Cagayan valley Philippines .
this airport is in northern part of Philippines and has enough aircraft activity now a days .
many times there is presence of Airforce aircraft at this airport .
today we have spotted the Hercules transporter aircraft used by Philippines AIRFORCE mostly for transport and cargo purpose this is an multirole aircraft and it is capable to perform many activities during the war situation and its been used to provide the relief during flood and typhone situation .
