      Dave Dockendorf that one is hella easy I believe that you can start to establish your first portion would be to start investing your credit into the bank and paying it off on a monthly subscription of deducting and paying off your credit card 💳 Balance and continuing to do this every month and this will enhance your asset capital besides when doing this you can level up extremely fast 💨

    Matthew (or wonderfully kind person reading this on his behalf) - 3 days ago a friend sent me a video about (what you call) Lump Sum Payments; it wasn't one of your videos, but I quickly found your videos. I received that message at about 9:30 p.m. and ended staying up until 4 a.m. watching (and admittedly, at times re-watching to try and process/understand) your videos. (Note: I am professional with a 9-5 job, so obviously I was intrigued., to put it lightly.) The information you offer is life-changing; I've actually told/walked 7 people through LSP since I learned this. I'm writing to you (recognizing this is 6+ month old video ...) with the hopes of taking you up on your offer having a coaching session with you (had I known about you 6 months ago, I would have been watching!). Obviously, it's not the day of, however, I'm coachable (hungry to learn and a faculty member at a university, so I understand the power of having more knowledge), fiscally responsible (I have 791 median credit score, a primary residence [which I have reduced a 15 year note to a 8 year plan, and this is before I learned about LSP], a rental property, have a offer accepted on another rental [duplex]), consistent, patient (again, I'm in education) and a positive cash flow of about $2,000 with little other debt (none accruing interest). Put this in the category, 'if you don't ask, you'll never get it.' So I thought I'd take a shot. If not, I will wait until my free coaching session I already scheduled in April ( ... :( ). Regardless, the work you do is awesome and I what I have learned will quickly change my financial situation and therefore my (and my family's) life. With deep sincerity, thank you, sir.

      VIPFinancialEd Mr. Pillmore, question for you. I have been following you and your channel for awhile playing your videos over and over until i understood the process of how this would work for me. You used to say that a minimum amount would have to be met, to qualify for someone to get into your program. From my recollection, it had to be a minimum of $500. How is it now that there is no longer a minimum that is required for you to help someone like me out? I originally hesitated because i struggled to get close to the cash flow you once required. After looking at your video tho, looks like your are sticking to the minimum of $500. I believe i can make this happen through discipline financially, because i do want stability with my finances and hopefully more -with your help. I look forward to speaking with you, or even your trusted advisors, so i can take the next step in securing a better future for myself.

    • @cabrerasebastian
      @cabrerasebastian Před 7 lety

      I apologize Mr. Pillmore, i had to watch this video a couple more times to understand it better. To qualify for the training program, a minimum of at least $500 would be needed and now i understand. From my understanding, special circumstances would let someone with less than the minimum amount of cash flow qualify for assistance. As you say in this video and other videos you have done before, everyone has situation specific or different from someone else. In my case i mentioned that i struggled with having at least $500 net flow. This is because i put in extra on my non- mortage and mortgage debts to pay it down, which is ultimately inhibiting my ability to invest. Just wanted to put that out there in case i would never be available to communicate with you personally. Please keep up the work you do. I guess i am overly excited to getting my finances right with your help

  • @cabowabo78727

    Matthew, will you please do a video on what you see as the potential of RE downturn in 2017 or 2018? I would like to hear your thoughts, since prices here in FL are at the top again. I prefer to wait and buy closer to the bottom than closer to the top.

    • @VIPFinancialEd
      @VIPFinancialEd  Před 6 lety +1

      As far as I'm concerned, the potential of a downturn in 2017 and 2018 is just as high as the potential in 2019 or 2020. I don't spend a lot of time trying to predict the market. Even the smartest economists (which I'm quite the opposite of) are often wrong. Instead, I treat my money and practice these strategies as though the market is going to turn tomorrow.....because quite simply, it can. I always remain realistic with my control over the economic, environmental, and political landscape. I have none. God forbid a hurricane hits next year and devastates FL, that would obviously unpredictably (or quite predictably if you take away the attempt at guessing when) change the economy there, even if the rest of the country was still enjoying the ride up. So what's the takeaway? Realize that with impeccable credit and access to large sums of capital I can control my own cash flow destiny in both a bull market AND a bear market. This is why we encourage our viewers treat their options and approach with urgency. Thoughts?

    Thanks for this awesome channel Matthew, been learning alot and exploring some ways to get creative with my finances. I'm about ready to close on my first house a month from now, trying to explore some ways to be more economical.
    Got a quick question though on the Albright family with the $290,000 mortgage. I crunched some numbers and this is what I came up with between using the PLOC DW vs. just adding the extra $2035 cashflow per month straight to the mortgage.
    30 year mortgage = $290,000
    Using the DW
    Total paid = $290,000 + $72,512 = $362,512
    Interest paid
    $72,512 = based on the "how to beat the banks" video
    $67,137.18 = based on just using the cashflowcruncher loan calculator (don't know if this includes the fee for having the PLOC and the PLOC interest = (this is leveraging only $20,000 per 10 months based on the cashflow x 12 method (could be using a max of $24,420 but only using $20,000 across the 9 years of payment.
    Years of payment = 9 years based on the "how to beat the banks video"
    VS
    Just paying the extra cash towards the principal per month
    $356,801.60 total paid with extra $2035 per month amortize over 8.25 years
    $1592.42 payments +$2035 extra cashflow = $3627.42 paid per month towards mortgage
    Total interest paid = $66,801.60
    Years of payment = 8.25 years
    Between the two options, seems like allocating the extra cashflow of $2035 towards the principal per month would cost less and the payment duration would also be less. And if there is some kind of emergency just use a credit card and reallocate the $2035 of extra cash towards paying the credit card as fast as possible.
    I might be missing something here, but so far from these calculations paying extra per month is more beneficial vs using the PLOC DW.

    Good Stuff !! Been using these techniques with good results so far. Wondering if the coaching is absolutely necessary... Input?

    • @VIPFinancialEd
      @VIPFinancialEd  Před 7 lety +6

      Thanks Luther, I appreciate your feedback!
      my input is that I've never met a single entrepreneur, athlete, performer, creator, steward, or investor, etc that didn't perform better with qualified mentors / coaches / teams, etc. Nobody stumbles into success and stays there alone. This is why almost all lottery winners go broke.
      If you are interested in further / faster / safer / less expensive, eventually we all have to reach a point where we realize we don't know what we don't know.
      I personally got to that point many years ago. At that time I started treating important planning the same way I would if I were sued for hundreds of thousands, or millions of dollars. I would never attempt to go to legal battle and try to defend myself alone, regardless of how much I knew about the law. I would always hire an attorney. I now treat every important decision the same way.
      We are all aware that the banks are using the smartest people in the world to create the most insidious techniques against us. It's the same type of attack against you as being sued. I've studied this for almost 20 years and still have much to learn. The sad truth is none of us can ever know it all. So if after this many years I personally surround myself with mentors to help me make the right choices, I would obviously recommend you do the same. Lets roll!

      Hi Tiffany,
      Thanks for checking out the channel! We are not about 'borrowing from Peter to pay Paul', we are about empowering people to take control of every aspect of their finances so that they can reap the benefits to be had off of them. Above all else, we are about proper borrowing and banking through Credit, Capital and Cash Flow. A great video to see what we're all about at VIP Financial Ed would be this one:

    After 18 years of single mom financial survival, I Got into a debt management program (which allowed me to pay my credit card with a lower interest-rate) but now I’m not able to get short term small loans which were allowing me the capital to flip quickly (and pay back before any interest/first payment is due) and have a little extra money to throw towards my debts/bills as I have been & never been late even though I am in debt.
    I am told this is the downside of being in a debt management program but things will improve in a few months
    ...do you have any advice for me?
    I feel disabled & optionless

    • @VIPFinancialEd
      @VIPFinancialEd  Před 5 lety

      Grace, sorry to hear about your struggles. Stick with it as there's a light at the end of the tunnel. With the short term loans, is the interest rate better or worse than the lower credit card rates? Secondly, which has a bigger strain on cash flow? My opinion, you may want to use all extra money to attack the smallest balance first. Once paid, move on to the next smallest balance with all additional cash flow. Keep making all minimum payments and pay off the cards one at a time. A small loan might be a good option, but often times the minimum payment is a strain on cash flow and forces you to use credit cards to pay for living expenses. Best of luck and keep us posted.

      @junesimba Před 5 lety

      VIPFinancialEd I am enrolled in a debt management company to help me attack all credit cards & pay off in 2 years, because of enrolling in a debt management program I am not able to get these loans anymore(which I’ve been using to flip and paid off before the first payment or any interest is due) in order to create cash flow

      Thanks Bruce!! It always depends. Every person and decision is different and influenced by many unique circumstances and goals. With that said it is a mathematical FACT that by adding assets/income/cash flow to the bottomline, you speed up the payoff period. The key is paying off debt AND acquiring assets simultaneously. Cheers and best wishes!

    • @VIPFinancialEd
      @VIPFinancialEd  Před 7 lety +3

      That's a loaded question. There are countless options. The decision needs to be compared against many options and the idea that you are requested to accept significant risk to realize significant gain is absurd. Don't fall into the trap. While I am not an investment advisor, I invest my resources into real estate and businesses. I am only interested in income producing assets and cash flow. What I am is an expert on leverage. I believe in using other people's money to buy these income streams. I also believe that the banks rules are NOT best for me. Therefore, I use special techniques to pay off my leverage / debt very quickly (as seen in my other trainings). This combination of priorities has created wealth and safety for me. If you want to see if it can for you too, get signed up for your session. www.FreeCoachingCalendar.com

      Definitely. Simplicity is definitely valuable. Unfortunately, the growth we've had wasn't possible without challenge and a lot of moving pieces. Being an investor, a successful borrower, a successful lender, and a successful real estate investor requires a lot of moving pieces, which is why he is typically not teaching that audience.
