Heyaa! I will share with you my experience and what I've learned with my freediving lessons in Batangas. I've learned how to hold my breath longer and how to equalize under water for pain prevention of the ears. I have also included in my video how much is the cost of freediving lesson for 2 days in Batangas, Philippines. Freediving lesson does not require to those who can swim. There are some coaches and students who are non-swimmers yet sometimes they are better and they easily picked up than those who can swim. this is a first to me, well definitely not the last. Super recommended 10/10👌🏻
