  • Blind spots, particularly on a truck driver's passenger side, can make land changing difficult and dangerous. Volvo Trucks' Lane Changing Support is a radar system designed to aid drivers and prevent accidents. It is activated whenever the driver uses turn signals, and if an obstruction is detected on the truck's side, a warning alerts the driver.

    Nice feature in UK for drivers who have steering wheel on the left side.

    I think it's a great system that works fine on my truck, but yes other truck makers have now caught up and in many ways now have better systems than Volvo.
