- Blind spots, particularly on a truck driver's passenger side, can make land changing difficult and dangerous. Volvo Trucks' Lane Changing Support is a radar system designed to aid drivers and prevent accidents. It is activated whenever the driver uses turn signals, and if an obstruction is detected on the truck's side, a warning alerts the driver.

Well.... since this was published in 2012... what other truck manufacturers offered this function in 2012?
Nice feature in UK for drivers who have steering wheel on the left side.
It is inferrior to Mercedes-Benz Actros Sideguard assyst
I think it's a great system that works fine on my truck, but yes other truck makers have now caught up and in many ways now have better systems than Volvo.
