Dreadful working conditions. No rights to benefits or basic citizen rights accorded. "Company store" situations, penalties given for infractions, pay withheld or never given. In this case If you Broke the Oath(Made Henth and Henth Means: Breaking the Oath By -Leaving or ignoring the Oath- or -to Do something else) then you should Expiate. And this is What The Hadith you posted is Talking About.
