the more that i settle into my apartment and this new city, the closer i get back to connecting to the healing tools that really helped me grow and evolve before moving to LA. Oracle cards are my absolute favorite tool to help be strengthen my intuition and attune closer to my spirit guide and ancestors. some of you may not understand, and that's ok. this works for me.
here's to the girlies who are proud members of the 5am club! it's been a struggle getting back to this routine, but it feels amazing. also, if y'all have any tips on painful bloating, please let me know!

Try taking hot yoga and some gentle flow style workouts to get you back balanced. Also, drink some warm lemon, ginger, and honey upon rising. 🫶🏾

Amazing job! I've dealt with bloating for a while and what I've noticed is it was either h pylori or candida that was off balance as well as sometimes due to eating things I had sensitivity to like gluten, dairy, sugar etc. You got this wish you all the best.

I have been watching your videos for a month now. I am older, almost 50 and soon will be starting my life over after my divorce. I will be living alone for the first time in 12 years. And you inspire me so much. Thank you for sharing your lifestyle. ❤
Make sure you are giving your plants more than just water. They need some type of nutrients/plant food like Miracle Grow or some type of natural plant food for them. I've been a plant mom for many years and don't let them fool you, the Fiddle Fig is a beautiful plant but it is finicky. Mine was going downhill but I finally figure out what it needed including the right ratio of water, how often to water, plant food, lighting, which window it liked to be in, etc. It's FINICKY honey so watch out for that one! But PLEASE give it more than water (some type of nutrient is needed) or you'll have only a stalk with no leaves sooner than later!
Oh, and try not to give it tap water, Distilled or Filtered is best.

I noticed at about 30ish I started having a lot of stomach pain. For the life of me couldn’t figure out what was agitating my stomach. To the point of constipation, bloat and just major discomfort. So a friend suggested I cut out eggs and chicken from my diet because it was the only consist thing I was eating daily and multiple times a day…… babyyy when I tell you, life changing. It was exactly that. I’m almost 2y and it’s hard. I miss it everyday. Also peanut butter was causing gas and bloating. I would say give it a try for a week. Now with eggs I still eat things made with egg but cooking eggs I do not eat. I’m human 😂 and already sacrifice enough. If anyone would like to chat in the comments ask away. Lol. ❤

@@AmaniRakeia yea I mean maybe just start to write down when you feel discomfort after eating. That way you can eliminate and then later try to reintroduce to see if that’s the cause.
I truly believe they aren’t treating our food the same as even prior to the pandemic. I’m not tryna to sound like a conspiracist but it’s a little concerning. So I wish you luck on your journey and please share it on CZcams. Who knows the audience it may attract.

Hey babe go get blood work done if the bloating continues. I recently saw a video saying women constantly ignore bloating because of our periods and it can often be connected to cancer. Especially if you think it’s “food sensitivity”. The video even said that. Not trying to scare you, I’m just a “better to be safe” kinda person.

What the lady said about cortisol detox is correct. I listen to a cortisol detox frequency music found here on CZcams, it really works. I'm allergic to gluten, dairy and soy so u might wanna look into that too. I take Digestive enzymes and probiotics daily for my digestive system too. A lot of times I've seen a few of the captions but I didn't realize that sometimes you write and really small writing and it's against a white background and you've been saying stuff that I've been missing the whole time😮 I just freaking Alison this video because when you were making your bed the small white writing was against your white sheet.
