I met Austin about a week ago and we had the best conversation, honestly he misses us so much. It nearly made me cry when he said his storage unit here in the US had been auctioned off because his card didn't function for 3 months on auto pay, guys, this includes his mothers ashes, his old family pictures, 26 plastic tubs of hand written letters that mean the WORLD to him, and alllll of his memories, the people only gave him a record plaque, a few pictures, and 1 box of letters. His is going through soooo much, there was a guy there who had been a fan since the beginning and had gotten 4 tattoos and never got to see him live and Austins felt so horrible... Later on Austin and I were talking about him leaving (he brought it up) and he was honestly so hurt and felt so bad he had to leave it hurt ME... I was talking with a few of his close friends as well as his team and all of them felt horrible, he misses fans so much, he really loves you guys 💕
Emily Paige This breaks my heart. I've met him a few times personally, not at meet ups or anything, he's originally from my city and I use to see him around all the time. I've been following his music career since he was in Attack Attack and my mom calls him our home boy :) I miss seeing him around but I know he's off doing bigger and better things and taking care of himself the best he can! He IS the strongest man I know.

Whenever I listen to this...I get this feeling...that They wrote this song for all the outcast teens who feel like they don't have a place where they fit in...and I feel like Austin wrote this song for the mentally,physically,and emotionally broken and drained teens,who are so sick of fighting...but are scared to die...and want that hope again...that someone believes in them,and has their back in this fight...
I feel like they really wrote this song,for teens who are broken,beat,bruised,battered,and still breathing,but need that last breath of strength...those who are so desperate for it...I feel like they wrote this song for the outcasts...so they can heal,and feel safe and secure in who they are again...to give them an escape,and a home to call their very own...I always get that particular feeling whenever I listen to this...and honestly...that's why I love OM&M. they give me nothing but positive,powerful,and motivational emotions and mindsets...and nothing is better than that feeling.

Every time I watch this video, it leaves me with a heavy heart. Partly because I wish I would have been able to attend a tour date as well as seeing Austin perform and knowing the pain he was in. Just thinking about that makes me want to hug him and cry because he cared that much about his fans to continue on; Also knowing Aaron was having vocal problems and chose to continue as well. This wonderful band will always hold a special place in my heart.

I was driving today, listening & this song came on my I-pod, I kept hitting 'repeat', I must have listened to this song 12 or 13 times & I have a BIG TIME done up stereo in my car, (subs, amps, components & crossovers) all the good stuff, very loud so it sounded that much more awesome!
20-ienth time in Repeat Auto-Play already... What else can I say about this track except for the band's EXCEPTIONAL performance, and Especially AAAron's Clean Vocals From Heaven Above!!!. My JAWS are dropping EVEN MORE ANY time I'm hearing THIS MASTERPIECE!!! Surely one of my Top-5 tracks ever realised by OM&M!!!
This band is unique, with every album their music is new and different, and I'm fucking lovin' it. Most bands sound the same with their new albums and really trying, OM&M want to produce music they want to be proud of, not just doing whats easiest.. they care about their fans, and try their best with each and every performance they do.

Okay, thing is, Austin has been a motivational person, not only in general, but for the band since the beginning. He's been their saving grace of a vocalist. I'm not talking about just how skilled he is at vocals, but his integrity as a person. Dude has Marfans and says "I want to be in a Metal band for a career. And I want to scream." Dude's Mom passes away, still focuses his life on playing music. The guy and this band are just a role model for staying alive, and progressing, and tredging through life. Of course their going to make songs with these type of meanings, and ongoing mantra's like "Never giving up" and "Knowing your not alone" etc etc. When you write music you write about everything, and that's their everything

This sounds like it came straight off the demo collection from Living Things, good job OM&M. No wonder they started touring with Linkin Park. Everybody's complaining about "dad rock" (go listen to some 80's Van Halen stuff and come back to tell me that early 00's is "dad rock") taking over the band's sound, when in reality, they're just growing. No, they aren't "selling out" like everybody claims, nobody wants to scream forever and completely steer away from melody (unless you're in Cannibal Corpse, which is fine, just not what most people end up doing). Go listen to some new younger bands who deserve attention if you want to jam to some epic screaming, you can keep listening to old OM&M and their new stuff as well.
