Best hope you don't forget to put the cap on (or that it comes loose) and get the loop snagged on something and open that valve up. Is that the only means of keeping these from opening up?
As for pre-set deflators... I use the Staun deflators, which flow at nearly the same rate from start to finish, which makes them much faster than the other ones you've described. They're also about $100 per set.

The loop is just like a rubber band, it would snap before causing any issue. If you forgot a cap, it is possible, although unlikely for the pressure valves to open.

Everything about off road is slow so we better air down and save 3 min but all our buddies take 10 to air down. 😅

Every minute helps. We have to set up cameras, mics, mounts, etc. plus all of our wheeling buddies have Apex or Monster valves
