Very big THANK YOU for your tutorials. I aways preferred turn fighters and I really hadn't a clue of how I should use the Bf 109 or other energy fighters. After a few tries I gave up German fighters. But after seeing your Videos I gave them a second chance. I started to try this tactics with the HE 100 and it worked. However, the awful weapons and the lack of ammo made it not very easy, so now I'm going to do this with the Bf 109 and Fw 190s. Yes it is not as easy as it looks, but after I managed to shoot down two Swedish aircraft in one battle (with the He 100), my motivation has increased :-) I wish more youtubers would make so precised tutorials like you

Got in bed, thought I’d watch a few of your videos......I had already watched BF-109 tactics #1, & #2, so I settled in, got all tucked in and cozy and watched this video. I couldn’t stand it any longer......got my butt out of bed, went downstairs, fired up the BF-109 G2 and went hunting. Let me also say, that you also did this SAME MANEUVER in your video series FIGHT OF THE WEEK: April 2018 named “P-47 D28 vs BF-109 G2”. When the 109 starts to close in, Fury does a Slow Right turn YO-YO to force the 109 to turn and loose speed, then Fury just swings over using flaps control to roll over then Boom and Zooms the 109. Now, we ALL KNOW Fury isn’t the best shooter in the sky, so he does have to pull this maneuver a couple of times, but he nails the G2 with precision. Poetry! Now, I can go to bed and sleep like baby! 😎😴zzzzzzz
I've been playing for about a year, but I never seemed to get piloting down, unless it happens to be an A6M with floats. Thanks very much for the advice
Green love ur videos, as for a player that only fly Germans sometimes i feel im carrying a knife to a gun fight, i feel a bit handicap against some fighters, i feel the pain of the of 190s and German canons in general
Can you breakdown tips and stratagies for the 109 B to the G? Also, just realized that ive been using this against biplanes when i fly with the 109 B, i feel smart and stupid at the same time.
Fw is not as good of a climber. I usually dive below the enemy, the turn up. Try to be going just a little faster than they are. Then, turn up, aim for their engine, and fire. If I’m already below them, I just tun up after gaining speed.
Great tutorial! It makes sense and hopefully I'll be able to perfect it. I just unlocked my F4 but didn't get a chance to play it. I couldnt help but notice that through out all three of the vids you keep going into your virtual cockpit view after the merge. Why?

I like how any German aircraft above 3.0 fights 4.0 and higher planes and gets destroyed..... My highest plane was the BF109 F4 and I'm literally out into matches with 1st generation JETS.
I like how the German Air tech tree is severely underpowered for some reason. You literally have access to the minengeschoß rounds at tier 2 on 20mms and yet it takes basically a 3 second burst at best to take any type of plane down short of a pilot snipe. I mean gajin is Russian, but they made the German Luftwaffe almost unplayable. I DESTROY with Soviet planes on the other hand. This game is fun but crazy unbalanced
So my problem is i dont survive till then i just get one tapped and i dont know how to avoid that and they just do a head on i try to evade maybe get it but its rare and then i do what you told me to do and he evaded my and as i climbed i got killed by him
If they did it probably took a while since performance stats on enemy aircraft weren't easy to get Also the 109 is very underpowered in WT compared to real life, it could turn much better than shown in game
what do you mean high altitude planes? your in a 109, YOU are the high altitude plane... if you are not THE high altitude plane, you dont understand the 109 in the first place
@@terreuhbeah3593 By that I meant planes that easily fly higher at your BR, such as Mustang's, Spitfire's, etc. Those fly higher and faster, and more maneuverable. When I reach my height, there are already couple of spits being about 1-2km higher.
possibly, i ussualy sideclimb in the 109, which basically guarantees me to be the highest. about the mustangs and spits, just bait them high. Fly in a straight way towards them, faint a headon, turn away last moment and just fly away from them in high speed in a shallow climb. Usually the turn downwards, which grants you the height advantage, and you didn't sacrifice your speed ;)

Green fury, how do i do this tactic when fluimt my K4, the 6.0 and 6.3 American opponents are so fast, i cant even use my climbrate. They catchup in no time and zoomclimb, I even stall before they do :(
best thing i been doing with my K4, i make sure i fight them at medium to high altitude, at low, its pretty hard they have so much engine power, energy retention and zoom climbing ability . at low tiers you can use this tactic, but at high tiers, it has to be up at medium to high alt
vs F8F, yes... vs F7F, well the tigercat is a double prop, so it cant turn as fast as your K4 can.. it outclimbes and outdives you tho.. just make sure it has no aim on you and you be good... vs the P51s... only thing that seem to work against a P51 is to drag its speed, they get a brick below 400km/h.. above 400, they ussualy are the better plane, always try to avoid a headon with them, as 50 cals will shred you ;)

F7F's are harder imo, because most players: run away, headon you, run away , headon you etc. But P51H5's... man, nothing i can do except hoping that his WEP runs out. I unlocked the P51H5 myself not so long ago, below 300km/h they are indeed a brick but my 109 K4 as well, so I don't really know how to take advantage of that..
Max Súarez Müller I have an idea for the f7f. When it goes head on roll onto your belly (mine’s bouncy and bullet repellent) and turn downwards whilst doing crazy maneuvers. After you get on your toes again it should be either running away or behind you. Brake according to speed if it is behind you. If it is in front shoot, go WEP and climb(or you can kill it).Wait for it to come back, however climb towards your allies. If there are no allies just repeat this. You will be sure to kill him one day
I was playing simulators (IL2) for years. I just try realistic in warthunder and guess: ΑΝΥ plane can climb vertically as an F16!!! Yes, i was boom a Hurricane at full speed (he was at sea level) and he follow me verically while i was at 600km/hour. And he kill me by 1 shoot. They do this all the time if they have 3rd party mods. It is a silly game full of hackers, you cannot play energy against them.
I have a friend that only liked planes that turn, like the spitfires. After he saw your series he quit the brits...

Fw is not as good of a climber. I usually dive below the enemy, the turn up. Try to be going just a little faster than they are. Then, turn up, aim for their engine, and fire.

go into controls, common, view controls and you should see a control called something view or something, thats how to do it
