Adria launched the new Compact Supreme range for the 2020 season. It have proven extremely popular, so much so we have ordered one! In this vlog we review the new SC model, new for 2021 and featuring a rear island bed. The SC is 7 metres long and 2.1 metres wide. It is a 3.5t motorhome and can driven on a standard car licence.
With great storage and a large garage, this model will no doubt be popular too.

The REAR GARAGE area is an absolute MUST these days.
The bigger the better for storing bikes. Both regular and electric.
You will all eventually become familiar with the emerging and wonderful world of RECUMBENT TADPOLE TRIKES.
They enhance the camping experience exponentially.

Enjoyed the video K, these are a great van. I'd love to see them in reviews with some blinds closed and all the ambient lighting etc on to give it some warmth in the video though. The older model had a heated floor in the dinette area, I spotted the vent for it under the table so I assume that ones the same. Can you let us know if there are also heat vents under the bed like on the twin bed version. What were the doors we could see on the back of the bathroom? Sorry for the questions but we're considering this or the side settee/twin bed version. Oh and are all the lights dimmable by holding the switches a few seconds, again, like the older model has? .....that's enough for now :)
Hi Alex, thanks for watching..with regards the floor vent the air blown heat does run around the dinette but I don’t know how much of the floor it will heat. The heating does go behind and under the bed as far as I recall. The small lights are the same touch operated as seen in other Adria models. The doors on the bedroom/bathroom wall are just small cupboards, we were very short on time so I did miss these by mistake. We have ordered the DL which is the layout with the twin beds and bench sofa. Although I loved the island bed the compromise was in the lounge on the SC. I prefer having more space to lounge and relax and the DL offers that over the SC. The Compact Supreme is a lovely Motorhome. 😊

That Philippe guy is off his head! I like this compact but for some reason I felt that the drivers cab looked a little like a transit van. Maybe it’s a more modern look? Nice size water tank. It’s quite expensive for a budget looking van but still has a lot of nice features. Thanks again my dear. You both did a great job yet again! Nice shower! ❤️❤️❤️

Thank you for another well prepared and well presented video.
Nice van, but it has no fridge vents implying that it is fitted with a compressor fridge. It would be good to hear how the van will allow the compressor fridge to keep running while not on EHU without flattening the leisure battery as the solar panel is an optional accessory.
Hi Andrew, thank you for watching the review. It is indeed a compressor fridge, the new Thetford T2000 series. This fridge is very efficient and has a day and night mode and you can choose not to cool the freezer if you’re not using it. Our new DL will have this fridge so I will be testing it out off grid. The fridge should be capable of running for 8 days off grid with two 95Ah batteries. Obviously this would be complete discharge. I have asked Thetford about solar power and from memory a 100w panel should be able to keep you off grid indefinitely. Our touring will be a mix of off grid and EHU and we will have a solar panel. You will put charge back in to the battery when you drive anywhere too. The energy consumption is 0.28kWh/24h. With a sufficient solar panel you will have sufficient charge for off griding, I will be trying this out myself so will keep you updated in our own vlogs 😊👍 Karina
Great review you sound very knowledgeable on this model, do you know if there is much space on the roof for perhaps a second solar panel? I think that and upgrading with 2 lithium batteries would make this fantastic off grid especially with that big fresh water tank.
Thanks Carl, I know as a factory fit you can order a 110w but I know other models have had 140w at the dealers. I’ve used an Adria with 140w and found it delivered plenty of charge but I dont know how much power you’re hoping to produce. The Compact range are fitted with the new Thetford T2000 range fridge freezer which is a compressor fridge. The power draw on this is very low and I did ask Thetford about being off grid with it. From memory I think they said 110w solar should run you off grid indefinitely. We have the Compact DL on order so will be testing out the off grid ability ourselves. We are having 110w fitted at the factory. If you have any questions about size if panels I would contact John at Cara Motorhomes, he is very knowledgeable about Adria and we have ordered ours through him as he knows the product. @@HereWeTow Fantastic, yes I will certainly enquire. I've got my panel van conversion up for sale so 🤞 I can go bigger soon. I like the fact this has a compressor fridge and able to offset some energy usage to solar instead of gas, means this should go a long way before getting the gas bottles topped up. Exciting you have one on order and I can't wait to see your long term feedback in the future 🙂

Thank you for watching 😊 It depends on if its a caravan, motorhome or van conversion but generally the first letter refers to the lounge layout and the second the type of bed. SC is Semi-dinette and Central bed (island bed). DL is Dinette and Longitudinal beds (parallel singles). I dont think may people, even Adria owners, can explain what the letters mean 😂 Take care, Karina
the supreme is grey, but it's because it is in aluminium, the sc plus is white, and in polyester. the skyroff is not opening.
i m in france, i wait my sc plus for april, very excited( my first rv). didin t know the fridge could be bigger in option.
