- Was feeling a little bit down but also spent some time with the Lord and was so encouraged by scripture He's been highlighting and what He is speaking in this area so I wanted to share this to encourage those that may be able to relate. XX

Sorry to see you feeling down hope your feeling better , I can sympathise with you myself feeling down myself maybe it's just the time of year .Spring is geþing closer lighter nights and hopefully warmer weather to come . I know it's uncertain times in Welsh rugby at the moment with the contracts hoping that things work out positive for Willis, its terrible for the players to have this on certainty about their jobs.
