Jayden was a fantastic crime fighter. In the best endings, he beat most of the game's worst villains mostly on his own, put with up with loads of crap from that idiot Lt. Blake, overcame drug addiction, and fixed the police captain's tie like a boss all at the same time. I wish there was a sequel with Jayden returning, even just a cameo.
Most epic FBI agent character ever. Swagger, style, badassness, personality, looks, suit, that's Norman Jayden for ya. The legendary investigator with gadgets and ARI glasses that will lead to a clue in any crime scene that has happened. Dude is straight up one of the OG's of the David Cage universe. Heavy Rain wouldn't have worked without him and his voice actor is amazing.

@@CrispyCross- Connor is a flawed Norman. His detective skills are not even on par with Jayden he gets updated from Cyberlife while Norman does actual research and investigation of his own. Norman is a heroic real cop while Connor is a bit of a villainous fake cop. Plus Jayden's intelligence and IQ are unmatched. The British voice acting really sold Heavy Rain as a pioneer within the gaming industry. Literally feels like a flawless crime novel (with some plot holes and inconsistencies here and there but Detroit: Become Human had that as well if not more of them). Heavy Rain is David Cage's gem I doubt Quantic Dream would've continued to exist without it. Jayden has all the wise personality traits while Connor is an insecure robot with a pretty childish personality and someone who pretends to be better than they really are. Athleticism isn't the only thing that matters.

I like how Norman gains experience over the course of the game. He makes superhuman efforts to defeat opponents larger than him. As a boxer, I can tell you that even 10 lbs/5 kg difference is already an advantage, but Shelby and Mad Jack are 60 lbs/30 kg heavier than him for sure. And yet, he beats Scott in the end, clearly and methodically.
@Guest B But Jayden's intention is not to kill them ... he just wants to ask them questions and if they fight the FBI in this case, Norman can't keep the crossed arms. He has to defend himself or else because of those guys he can die and nobody wants that. There are also two options: Norman die or the Villains die or be Arrested?
I do not know if you knew but in that button where I fail it is the same if you get it right or not. It will always be the same result, look for a video where they do it well and you will see that it is the same

I was playing it again and I thought what if Ethan doesn't make it to shawn but Madison and Jayden does so if you want to git this ending click read more (Contains spoilers) So have Ethen fail all of his trials Then make sure that Madison and Jayden don't die have Jayden find all of the clues have Madison find out who the killer is and if Jayden couldn't find all the clues make sure that you call Jayden and if he does call him or not but don't call Ethan then your at the warehouse and you fight Scott.
But this ending is kinda lazy and boring. The only new thing you can get is a cutscene (not even a QTE) with Madison trying to rip off a lock with her bare hands (just like Ethan) and Norman trying to do the same, then Shelby appears right behind his back and knock him out with one punch. After that you can perform either Madison's boss fight with Jayden saving the Shaun and making the final shot with magic offscreen teleportation. Or you can let Madison die and Jayden wakes up himself and activate the boss fight from this video. Nothing new or special. But this is still better than Ethan/Madison, where wound up in a stomach Ethan repeating the same lame move with teleportation.
