I feel you brother. Amazon show lot of favouritism. I have applied to LA( Learning Ambassador). I am still waiting for accept or decline letter. But people who applied after me. They got selected for LA. And got trained.
They got rid of day shifts at my Amazon, so I was only able to work Twilight and Night shifts. I go to school, so this kind of workload basically caused a slight breakdown in me. It’s at that point I realize that I can’t work with Amazon anymore because that was too much. I did try to transfer but they only had full-time positions, which I cannot work due to being in school
Day in the life vlogs, food and restaurant vlogs, magic tricks, anime store, video game reviews. Also please put tags in the comment area an , behind it. I figured that out a while back and wondered why the videos weren't popping up in the search engine.=) You'll make it, rooting for you.

I was in your same position working for a corporation. I felt like I was stuck doing something I didn't love. I started my own business and never looked back. If I were you I'd start with fiverr. Do some editing gigs while you seek out your social media platform and ideas.

How long did you work there at amazon? I worked at an amazon AMXL-FC for two weeks before I had to quit. I was told that it was easy, laid back work. That was not the case. loading truck trailers and stacking pallets with packages up to 150 pounds by hand was not easy work for this 63 year old. My legs were killing me after two weeks and for $15.50 an hour I decided it was just not worth it. My legs still hurt after i quit two weeks ago. I think I got a pinched nerve while working there. 3:00 you didn't quit you got terminated. You should of resigned or asked for an extended leave. No one cares and notices if you don't show up and basically are terminated once your UPT goes negative. You can resign and reapply anytime. But now you have to wait if you ever need a quick job at amazon. People quickly forget that you go to amazon to make money and not get promotions. You either go there for a couple of years or to use as a temporary job to get another job. In your case your cherry picker certified and could get a job that pays you up to $30 per hour using a cherry picker somewhere else. Its true amazon does hire anyone and mainly most highschoolers. But your intention is to make some money. Clock in and clock out, get your money and go home. Don't worry about promotions because those get get promotions to PA's quit. But i believe at the fulfillement centers you wages goes up each year you stay with the company. That's why its bettter to ask for an extended leave so that you can come back when you want.

This current job I left was from a different warehouse. They’d write us up for anything and everything. You’re supposed to be at 100% you’re at 99.9% guess what? Write up! Emergency call out no matter how bad? Write up! Hurt from the job and had to call out? Write up! What was worse was when they started writing me up for things that I hadn’t done. They told me I was missing 20 labels from last week and I was so confused. What could I have done with 20 labels? Write up. The. My friend told me “Yeah it was more than likely the people working on (insert position here). They’ll take some labels. So now I’m getting a write up for something I didn’t even do?!! They will overwork you and tell you that you aren’t doing enough. This one girl completely lost it and told them about how their treatment of us was unfair. They sat there and smirked. They think this shit is funny. They have favorite emoloyees who sit there and chat with them all day doing nothing while you slave away and they have the nerve to tell you to work faster. No it pulled into our yard (our yard is the turnaround point on our road) and got stuck in mud so we had to tow it out and push it out of the mud so the driver could finish his shift
