I do not believe there was 2 falls, and contrary to what you seem to say I believe the 200 watchers that left their first estate came to earth during Adam and Eve's time (Book of Enoch). Shalom, The rebellion that you speak of that is found in Revelation 12 is not literal but are descriptions of signs in the sky mostly pointing to constellation such as the Dragon is constellation Draco. There is nothing in Genesis that describes yet alone hints at any physical traits of the fallen, English only calls them giants because of the Greek gigantes so any mention of their height is not Biblical but is tradition.

I would suggest taking another look as it is not describing Satan but is actually describing Nebuchadnezzar and is comparing him to the planet Venus how its ascends and descends. If you are referring to another part of Isaiah quote it so I may test what you say.
