I'm using an Android shield tv with it so i can't vouch for the os. The gaming mode is very good and i can get 120fps 60hz 4k without problems with good VBR. it's very thin and nice looking with extremely thin bezzles. This was a great TV... for the three weeks I had it. Unfortunately, I sent it back for a replacement for the same model because of severe corner LED bleeding. The new TV the techs swapped out ALSO had the SAME bleeding! So I figure that this model and probably the entire line is defective in many units. I looked it up online and several people had the same problem with the severe corner bleeding. One guy had severe bleeding all AROUND the screen!
It's a shame. I used to trust Samsung, but something has changed in the past several years with their quality control. They used to deliver outstanding products but now, my past two Samsung TV's (a curved TV and now the Q70C) have had severe LED bleeding. I replaced the curved one with the Q70C model only to find that the LED bleeding happened right away, on a NEW TV!
I was told by the tech guy to come in and pick out a new model that is not Samsung as they have no more in stock of the one I like. 120hz, VRR, and I think the nits were like 600-700? this TV is going back and I am not happy about it. The display, aside from the severe bleeding, was fantastic. And gaming! Oh man! Gaming was a whole new level.
Samsung, if you're watching... DO BETTER!

Just received a Q70C. Purchased from CostCo. Paid for delivery and setup. The setup was basically unbox, install the stand, plug in and verify there was a picture. I expected the setup to be a bit more than plug and run. Picture is okay. Sound is, well, is what I expected so will be installing a sound bar. The remote is not to my liking. Solar charging is a good feature but overall it is too small and not easy to manipulate. Much prefer my older ROKU remote which has a place to plug in a headset. The Samsung does not. Have not had it long enough to determine as to if I would buy again. I thought I did a good job of researching. Now not so sure.

There's lots of streaming services that take advantage of that format like Prime Video, CZcams, Google Play movies, and a variety of other apps so you'll have plenty of great content to enjoy. As far as VA vs IPS is concerned, if you're looking for a TV with wider viewing angles, like if you have a big room and people are going to be sitting off to the sides, you'll want to consider IPS. If you don't need wide viewing angles, VA looks really good and offers better black levels.

How fragile are these TV's? I purchased the 75 inch at BestBuy and when I picked it up with my van the staff there said not to lay it flat as it will crack. Certainly understand that I need to be careful not to twist the device. They placed it in the van on an angle which I would think is technically more likely to cause a bend thus a crack, perhaps the device is sturdier vertically than horizontally... In order to install this device, using either the feet or the wall I mount I see people on CZcams laying these flat, usually on top of the box which makes me think these aren't as fragile I may have interpreted by the BestBuy team. Appreciate any guidance can provide and perhaps any gotcha moments folks may have experience handling this device. Thanks!

Literally zero televisions recommend flat transport. A single, hard jolt could easily shatter any large pane of glass.
Have you ever seen the glass transport vans? Vertical.
They lay them flat on a hard, non-moving surface with a soft towel/blanket as an intermediary.
Placing it at an angle for a short trip won't be an issue.

From experience, I believe if you look up any TV (or electronic device) you'll find ppl that've had issues. I try to stay away from items w/massive trends. Is this a trend or a few ppl w/an issue. I find that (most) ppl w/negative reviews or one-star reviews are bc of a customer relation issue, maybe the item had a fixable flaw but customer svc sucked so they gave a terrible review....etc. Every single electronic device will have someone bitching about it bc you'll seldom hear from ppl who have items that work as advertised.

@ahmedsaajiu6234 Because this is a dual LED panel, you may notice some light bleed around the perimeter of the screen in dark scenes. It's not a defect. However, if it seems excessive you may want to speak with a technician to determine if there is a problem. If it was purchased from Abt please give us a call at 800-860-3736. • @abtelectronics
      @abtelectronics  Před 3 měsíci

@ahmedsaajiu6234 The 60 and 70 use Samsung's Dual LED technology, the 80 uses direct full array lighting. Something called light bloom can be noticed on the 80 where bright objects on a dark background will have some light flaring around them. The 60 and 70 are more likely to have light bleed where a similar effect can happen around the inner edges of the TV during a dark scene. This is typical of any LED backlit TVs. It is less pronounced on higher end models, but because of how the lighting works, even those will have some visible blooming. The only way to avoid it is by using an OLED TV.

None😂😂😂 Buy a Samsung 2022 or Tcl 2023 with full minileds background,
The 2022 models from Samsung are much cheaper now and iff you wait for blackfriday then the will be cheaper.
The are 500% better than this new Samsungs specialy the cheaper models with no full minileds its only a Qled tv, and the screen is totaly
cheap shit, when you set the sound harder the screen moves and make not great sounds thats why this Samsung Q70C is the worst tv you realy not must buy. Check out all the reviews the are bad.
My friend had this Q70C in 75 inch and the screen is realy bad, blooming in every corner 25cm not normal, its so sheap its moves forward and backwords.Just 800 nits that verry bad. He has now buyed for 1999, euro the 85inch Tcl 85C845 the same as i have, he was totaly blowing away. Same prize as hiss Samsung shit tv, and now the best tv you can buy, and have a great tv for his mony.
      Buy this tv's,
Samsung Neo Qled 4k 65QN95B the best Samsung tv ever 1700 nits and with the one kabel to the tv and a special box.
      65 inch 1850, Euro.
Samsung Neo Qled 4k 65QN90B same screen perfect tv.
This tv has not the special box.
So all the kabels go to the tv.
      Also full minileds background.
The best tv also 1700 nits.
      1450, euro. For the 65inch.
      85 inch 2950, euro.
For the real deal and Tv's with Google on it.
And full minileds, 2000nits its so brite that you in the dark must turn down the bridness and contrast, or set the tv on auto.
Because in a movie or🎉 serie iff the are jusing a torch and that come in your eyes its so bright you must look the other way, i whas blowing away from that light that comes out that Tcl tv, all the bright things like explosins its so great to watch, i have many windows so a verry brite room but the Tcl is perfect.
Even then its verry brite and i don't have to close the screens.
Tcl is the second tv maker thats cells the most tv's world wide
The also make the screens for Samsung, the also buyed the big screen factory from Samsung.
Tcl were the first tv brand that make minileds in tv's, the are number one.
I have since 2 mounts a Tcl 85C845 the C84 series, full miniled tv 85 inch for just 1988, euro.
Its a great big screen the colors are great, black is black, super sharp screen like a 8k and all the minileds is great for my brite room. All the great actions movies popsout the screen like i watching at my son's LG Oled c3 tv, only the Tcl c84 is much and much brighter 2000 nits, 144mhz great for gaming, playstation 5 looks amazing.
The Tcl 65C845 cost 13⁵⁵⁵5⁵00, euro, its bizar so great tv, the best you can buy for such low prize.
The best new Samsung also Qled with full background minileds cost 4200, euro.
      Same screen 😂😂😂.
So i am happy with my Tcl 85c845.
2 Friends off my have also buy the Tcl C845 one have the 65inch and the other 55C845 55 inch.
Looks great also in a smaller size.
And the are verry happy with the overall sharpness, brightnes, colors, google tv software very fast and handy, and for so low prize.
Check the reviews on youtubeń type Tcl C845 review or Tcl 85C845 review.
The newer models with more micro minileds comes out this mounth in Europe.
The Tcl C955 is second best Tcl tv ever made, full microleds background, 2500 nits.
The 85 inch cost 3500, euro.
But the new Samsung also with the same screen cost 4700, euro.
Thats why Tcl will be the biggest Tv brand because off they now how to make such great screens, and cell them to Samsung thats good for the brand Tcl.
And the have great tv s with the newest dubbel micro minileds, the are smaller so the screen looks like an 8k tv thats so great super sharp screens.
The number best tv TCL ever make is the X955 have 2000 dimming zones.
5000 nits you gett a😮 but not cheap. 85 inch for 4500, euro.
Sorry for my bad English, and the much info.
      😅😅😅.
But now you now what i now.
