I am 71, have been in three committed relationships in my life with men from three different continents.
Men are all over the world the same.
If they have an interest in you they will show you and you don't need a class to realize it. It's obvious.
You can flirt all you want as long as you draw the line by doing it like a lady. If you carry yourself with visible selfrespect and look feminine instead of sexy you will automatically end up with those men who do not just want to huck up.
Having sex way to soon is what kills and confuses a perfectly good start.

It seems to me like people are too concerned and worried about the "what are we?" question. As a woman, I never even bother asking this question. There is never an adequate time to ask it. When you are in a relationship and you enjoy being with that person, the relationship develops at it's own pace and is defined by the experiences, emotions and love that the two people share. These things are what is important and has nothing to do with labels. So why even stress over it? Just enjoy it.
This is the first time in my life that I feel a man truly understands how I feel!

Matt, these videos just rock! It's a really classy & emotionally mature approach to challenging situations and basically giving a guy a chance. Also taking responsibility for how you show up in a relationship or dating period. Not having discussed together on being exclusive is also not fair to a guy to demand that from him. It's a mature way of taking responsibility for your unspoken expectations.

I wish I had seen these before. I'm trying to use these advices to make my situation better and I don't know if there is anything that I could at this point but to let go. I really dig myself in a hole that I can't figure how to get out. I met this guy a few months ago and I wasn't attracted to him inititally and kept rejecting his invitations to hang out, but eventually I accepted. I grew attraction to him so fast that I moved to fast & now he doesn't seem to want what I want.
I tried to scare off my fiance on our first date too by telling him what I truly wanted and before I knew it, before I expected he asked me to marry him XD we're getting married this April, thanks for helping me understand how I got my fiance (who use to be a big time player) to fall in love with me.

OMG I just did this recently! Guess I'm doing something right. I thought he was a player too so I just stopped talking to him and lol un-friended him on FB. He asked why I did that and I told him I want a relationship and I could tell he isn't ready. I told him its ok if he wants to keep flirting with lots of girls if he isn't ready to settle down. Since then he talks to me everyday. We're not 'dating' but I'm happy with who and where I am in my life. :) So we'll just see what happens.

This guy really knows what he is talking about--are you open, I hope so, I want nothing more than my "sisters" having the kind of happiness I have--too many good guys out there lonely and gals walking past good guys not recognizing what they are passing up. After 2 failed marriages, and now this one lasting for 14 years--with a totally loyal guy, beyond normal human limits--I can tell you that this guy and Rory Raye know what they are talking about. You create the relationship you want, if you know really know what you want. What is important to you? Inspire what you want, open your mind and heart to learning how, open yourself to the reality that it is all right under your nose. You are more powerful than you think, you just have to step into that reality and learn to own it and live there.

To 99% you can't and don't want to get out of the friend zone. Don't live a phantasy. Turn around and look somewhere else. He is doing the most respectful thing he can do which is to enjoy your company in clear limits.
You are disrespecting his decision by trying to forceful overrule his consistent behavior towards you.
