For 2 days now I and my supervisor have been trying to work on our company's M200t MACADAMS dough mixer. The issue is that, the spiral is able to rotate at Low Speed but cant go on fast...please help
My dought mixer has a kind of short circuit ..since then stopped working .. I am pretty sure the water went inside the machine while cleaning...is it fixable ??

It's probably 3 phase, just reverse the polarity by switching the phase wires in the plug

Oh sorry for this :please check Wiring issues between the auxiliaries and contactors
Also send us photos of control panel when open: we can check and advise

It is still quite fixable, you may have to replace whatever is short circuited.
Did you do a video of how to change the bearings in the spiral..mine have work out
