I don't know were you got your description from Sir but the basic definition of taunting is to: ...challenge, provoke or mock in an insulting manner.
In this case it is permitted even before the bell rings, the art starts by calling out peoples name, hair, dressing or their teeth😁.
That's why professionals in the combat industry no matter how humble they are do it at one time in their carrier because they understand the confrontation starts in the head before they sign the contract🧾 or suit up the gloves🥊🥊.
You don't have to score a point physically before you taunt as long as you can score a point in the oppositions head.
