I had 3 of the expensive Plano edge jig boxes. water wicking does not work. I changed the silica packages. added several more. still had rusty hooks. went back to Frabill Plano Deep Waterproof Stowaway Utility Box and put each jig in a reclosable zip lock bag (2x3) and no more rusty hooks. Plus when ,not if ,your tackle box tips over no more tangles or hooks all over the place.
