One of the best Hip Hop groups of all time! Revolution will never be the same without of Public Enemy. I know they are going to be another Hip Hop group inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

My Street Dance group was discovered by Butch Cassidy at the time, who was a member of "Spectrum" . So I'am proud to say I know a bit of the century:

Since, I'm the first to post a comment. All respect and honor goes to P.E.
(P.E. is one of the most Revolutionary Rap groups of all time.)
Everyone: Read the books listed inside all of their old albums, and you will understand!

Public Enemy don't make Hip-Hop, they ARE Hip-Hop.

B.D.P. was on the political tip as well.
Maybe, NOT as deep as P.E.

taking nothing away from public enemy, because they are awesome...but what about grandmaster flash and the furious five, "new york, new york"...was that not political?...how about stuff like Run DMC, "it's like that"?...i love public enemy, but there was some politics in the rhymes before them...the big difference is that public enemy did it full time, full on, and they reached out to whites by doing things like working with anthrax & slayer...
