@@popeye697Actually took a lot, of nakeups and prosthetics. They used a head cast from Brando to see where zane would need prosthetics, ie, date nose etc

I just watched Dead Calm yesterday which is wild because afterwards I was scratching my head asking myself why Billy Zane isn’t more popular, he was outstanding in that film. Hyped to see him as Brando

Billy Zane and boats never ends well though 😉 totally agree, Dead Calm is still unbelievably good. Sam Neill, Nicole Kidman and Billy Zane, top end! I've always thought that would make a brilliant stage play.

There's a few missconceptions regarding the Witcher thing.
First of all the reason why Liam is wearing Henry's armour is because the scene they were shooting is an old scene. The reason is probably a flashback and having a flashback with Henry would be weird. Secondly Geralt in the book (if I remember correctly) actually wore a studded jacket. And in the books Geralt was never a beefcake. He was more slim.

Liam looks more like Geralt than Henry imao, mainly because Liam is a bit less bulky which is perfect. I love Henry and i can't stand most of the show but in all honesty Liam looks really good here.

Zane played Brando before, ish, he remade on the Waterfront.
The bracers and kneepads were both added in Season 3. Also Liam's wig is styled slightly different to Henry's. And yes, good luck to Liam, he's got an almost impossible task. I'm curious if he's going to mimic Henry's Geralt voice as well.

Ahhh it's the handsome aussie cosplay guy from some years ago! Why did youtube stop recommending this channel and now, years later, suddenly he is "relevant for you" again? Like meeting a friend in the store after years of not talking to each other despite never consciously stopping to see each other.

I am not a Brando fan I've only seen 2 of his movies Godfather and Island of Dr Moreau (talk about polar opposites), but I do have respect for him as an actor. But Billy Zane on the other hand The Phantom was my intro to him and to that comic book series. Did I sit through Titanic for Billy Zane and Billy Zane alone? Yes, yes I did. It was how my best mate got me in the theatre to see it XDD Well played Cazz well played.
As for poor Liam people need to just let him try his best and judge him after. In costume I was worried he was gunna look like a basic cosplayer (fyi there are some bad ass witcher cosplayers out there), but he put in the work and the costume team matched and it gives off a look that doesn't have me going "Oh no they ruined it." I am curious now to see how he will do, he looks Geralt enough, and dresses like him, now can he move and act like him.

I don't think Liam has much pressure. Most people left watching the show when Henry left (he was literally the only reason I watched, personally) and the show is ending WITH his season so there's literally no pressure.
If anything you think at this point the cast and crew are all just fulfilling their contractual obligations 😮💨

I don't think Billy Zane needed much makeup to look like Brando. People have said for years Zane resembled Marlon Brando. I remember when Zane starred in the film Dead Calm, critics brought up the resemblance between the two actors.

Henry Cavill left the series because he couldn't stand the way Netflix progressive far left activists wrote the script and ignored Andrzej Sapkowski's work. They failed miserably. It's one of the worst book adaptation ever made.

This is factually not true. This was a lie spread by conservative clickbait rage channels. There is no evidence to support their claims.
Henry isn't a very political person, it has nothing to do with far left activism, he just didn't like how they kept changing things in ways he felt didn't line up with the source material. People who worked on set said Henry was difficult because he would keep wanting to make changes or have input on things and the directors didn't care because Witcher means nothing to them outside of a paycheck.
Henry is a stickler for the details because, unlike many celebrities that pretend, he is a massive sci-fi and fantasy fan as well as a gamer so to him it means more than to someone who hasn't touched a game since Mario on the Gameboy.
That's why Henry is a fantastic actor and person, he is truly passionate about the things he puts himself into, especially if they're something he has an invested interest within such as game or book adaptations; it is why I am very much looking forward to what he does with Warhammer 40k, that man is a massive lore buff.
Let's be brutally honest here: The Witcher show sucked arse even with Cavill and that's because the writers are absolute hacks who despise the source material. They literally turned Geralt into a side character in his own show, FFS!
Most people only watched it because of Cavill, literally carrying this abomination of a show.
