omg "i'm not a singles guy" well i can tell... with every THWACK i hear as you drop these into the boxes i cringe as i imagine the bottom of the sleeves splitting.... ugggh
Chris Razz it was just a bunch of George Michaels he dropped, if you looked you could see he took better care of the other records and it sounds different with his microphone, that intensifies the sound of minor plastic bouncing and crackeling noises.
As a graphics novels collecter (from the time I got my hands on 'suggested for mature readers' swamp thing) I treated every mag cherishably; and I know how you feel...Thump!!! Thugunk!!! Bump!!! Like a 500lb gorilla. It even annoyed me that somebody (careless ape Jones) over there didn't put them back in the plastic bags. I bet he's gonna charge collectors-value for them, and he's gonna call them pristine condition. I'm glad I got to see this thoe...lol. He should be wearing some kind of gloves on them filthy paws, touching every single one with his stankin' greasy hands. Anyways...talk about lucking out.
I agree. If only this guy handled the products as well as the seller. And the prices I've seen so far are ridiculously high!
It takes a bit of effort to carefully place singles back into a compact box like that. It's much easier to flip through. I would say most of them are probally fine.

Misfits Bullet is a bootleg, you can tell by the glare off the sleeve when it catches the light. The real sleeves (either press) are matte paper.

It looks glossy because of the lighting in the room and the fact that it's almost never been handled. It has the correct handwriting on Rich Flores (the Japanese pressing is in a slightly different handwriting.) and it has the 4 lead in grooves on the A Side. You Bozo's should explore my channel a little more before making comments like I stumbled onto these records at a garage sale. I very successfully due this for a living and I specialize in pressing variations. But just to prove my knowledge superiority over you I put very high Quality scans and photos on our website. Doesn't look so glossy in the scan?

I bet he recorded all of it onto digital. So played once to capture onto disk and then stored for posterity.

What did you pay for that collection?
I’d say the reason you don’t have a huge 45 clientele is because you put all the good stuff on the web. All my favorite record shops and the good ones always keep boxes of high dollar 45s behind the counter. In LA when a shop puts out a punk/hardcore singles collection it will usually be gone in a day,.

Hurrah for all of us out here who want to get our hands on these gems, but I’m sure if I keep watching he will explain his motive for selling them all. Plus I need to read up on where they all came from, who sold them, etc etc.

I have to say, you got me hyped when you pulled out that Misfits but the rest of the “m”s were frankly quite uninspiring until that Mission of Burma redeemed it….lots of filler, dollar bin drivel though too.

I know it’s been said before, and prolly deleted, but I’ll say it again. That ‘Bullet’ is the Japanese Bootleg from the 80’s.
Where’s all the stuff that would surround a ‘real’ Bullet single? No Touch and Go, no Agnostic Front, No Lockjaw.....and yeah he’s treating this collection like the 2-5 buck stuff it is.....Plopping boxes and screwing stuff up. Dumb as a box of rocks, and had 50,000+ to blow.......He’s right, the Bullet is lookupable. It’s the Japan Bootleg.....Just like the Cough Cool.....Thanks for the laugh man! So much junk.......Look up Big Al’s in California.....Everything was 50 cents each at the end.....You might make your money back, maybe.....

@@TheInGroove According to your scan, this record has 3 (not 4, as you claim) intro grooves. Most sources say the original has 4 to 5, and that the boot has not more than 2. Are there 4 (or 5) on another part of the record?
Look at the very top of the photo you’ll see the 4th groove. The grooves are winding inwards so you’ll see that there is very little dead wax between that groove and the start of the song but it’s still a lead in groove. Check out this discogs link for the 86 Japanese boot you see the photo of the 2 lead in grooves. Almost no lead in at all. Just 2 wildly spaced grooves.
